Place is neat and tidy. Rooms and standard size and convenient. Near to the airport and shopping center and food places. Breakfast can be better but for the price its is worth. Staff can be a bit more friendly and welcoming

I am glad that I chose this place for my stay with my family. Well satisfied with the service received. All amenities required for an overnight stay was available inside the room. I would rate 9 out of 10 for my overall experience I had in the property. And the attractive part is Cochin International Airport is less than 2 km from the property.

Have all amenities that require for pleasant Stay at a hotel , staff feel pleasant to serve Wonderful place , one should go to have a pleasant Stay At reception counter , the lady named Sapna is happy person to interact and the *** named Rocky is helpful to every query. At breakfast room the staff is very helpful and are happy to serve. All Staff mdmbers in hotel served with utmost respect.

Courteous and helpful staff, Clean, neat and spacious rooms, wonderful location, Value for the money. Attentive and supportive Staff. Rooms were quite spacious. Location was indeed very close to the Airport.

Worth staying..the staff is very kind and co operative Just some room amenities were missing..otherwise very good.The quilled paintings have my heart. Cleanliness all around the hotel and location is also very good

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The staff were without a doubt the best part of my experience there. They were warm, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like a valued guest. The room amenities were also top-notch. My room was well-appointed with all the creature comforts one would expect, including a large comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, and soft, luxurious linens. The room was also well-equipped with modern technology, such as a flat-screen TV and a high-speed internet connection. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. Everywhere I looked, was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room spotless, and the common areas were always tidy and inviting. Speaking of the pool, it was a definite highlight of my stay. The pool area was spacious and well-designed. The water was crystal clear, and the temperature was just right for a refreshing swim. The pool staff were attentive and always on hand to provide towels or refreshments. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The front desk staff were efficient and professional, and they made sure that everything was in order before handing over my room key. Room service was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the food arrived hot and fresh. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming experience. The staff, room amenities, cleanliness, bed and linen, pool, check-in/check-out, and room service were all top-notch, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

Very close to airport. Rooms are very spacious and very neat and clean. Breakfast is available if opted and is very homely and tasty. For lunch and dinner, Saravanan Bhavan hotel is at ~1.7km and they also deliver to the hotel. Good for both family and friends.

The TV in the room could not be used during our stay because the hotel has subscribed to only very few channels that are free and also to only local channels. It was frustrating to stay for two days in the hotel without the TV and not even to get the current news.
