The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The breakfast is self-service with a wide variety of options, and the fruits and banana yogurt are well received. Check-in was very fast, and I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. I gave the guy who carried the luggage a tip of 100 rupees, and he seemed very happy.
