Very close to the Genève station. Could find easily even in the night. It was the first time in Geneve to catch an early flight so the location was best.

Service et personnel de qualité et prévenant sans obséquiosité farfelue. Les chambres sont de belle qualité, grandes et pratiques. Restaurant et petite restauration varié, petit déjeuner au top. Parking à l'hôtel par voiturier (ou au pied de l'hotel en parking public).

This is a little old the hotel. Maybe need to update of the taste of interior design . Bad quality pop art and sculptures . One thing can not accept is the very bad smell from the bath room all over the room. Smell so strong and disgusting. When you called them about this problem, they didn’t come to check. Last , the quality of the pillows are too flat, this is my first time having bad pillows in 5 stars hotels. They can try themself on to know how not comfortable is the pillow!

Das Gebäude und die Lage haben uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Direkt am See mit Unterführung zur Altstadt, in 2min zu Fuss erreicht man das schöne Städtchen oder eben den See. Traumhafte Lage, grosszügige Zimmer mit gutem Standard und sehr sauber. Das Personal war auffällig aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder!

The customer service the attention to detail and going beyond for their guest is incredible. Marisa at the front desk is a 10 star if I could give it to her! Definitely coming back to this hotel for the quality of service in all the levels. Thank you for a fantastic stay
