One of the best experiences in a long time. From the moment we entered through the gate guards, valet, reception, room service, dining and breakfast crew were all exceptionally excellent.

Nice location, close to new Cairo area. The hotel’s room interior is old; mini bar items like kettle were rusted and unhygienic. With the price we pay, it seems overcharged.

Environment: The hotel front desk is large and the environment is very good.
Hygiene: The room is very clean and cleaned every day.
Facilities: The swimming pool and restaurant are as described in the hotel
Service: I really need to talk about it. The hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off services. Drop-off to the airport is free, pick-up fee is 1,240 Egyptian dollars.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to pay a deposit of $200, which was said to be refundable. When I left and checked out, I was told that I could only get a refund in Egyptian currency. There are no US dollars in the entire hotel and it is impossible to refund. There was no explanation when collecting the deposit.

Facilities: Although a bit old, it is relatively new in Cairo.

The location was perfect for the Pyramids tour that I took. Cairo is crowded and noisy; I liked having access to Cairo and New Cairo without having to be in Cairo

The hotel staff was so stiff, only the valet and concierge were friendly. Security staff were rude. Also front desk staff weren't friendly. At the end of the trip I got charge a large resort fees that were as much as two night stay - ridiculous

Beautiful property great food and wonderful staff
We had a wedding there and I was very pleased with all the Arrangments done there

The Marriot staff were friendly. However the property is starting to show its age and needs to be updated. Many of the rooms are in need of repair and the exterior could use paint.
