This is a great find. In a good location away from all the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It's around a 25min walk along nice streets to Bourbon St and the French Qtr and a 5-10min walk to admire all the beautiful mansions. There are lovely little coffee shops close by and plenty of food options too. Free parking is the absolute bonus. It saved us so much and is very secure. There was no breakfast served but coffee/water is available all day. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

From the moment I booked until I checked out the service was impeccable. Communication was clear and staff were friendly. The room was very clean and the AC was more than cold enough!

The staff was very friendly! I loved the free parking, especially for this area! The trolley does run right along there, but sometimes you just want to get in your car and go! They don't offer breakfast, but they did offer a few snacks by the front desk every day! It is close to French quarters so it does not take long to go where everything is happening! There is homeless people around, but the whole city has it. I felt safe staying there and will definitely look into staying there again next time we come!

We will not be back. In fact, I canceled a return stay. This was a very mixed experience. Our room was not clean. It was disgusting under the bed. I had to ask the Desk to send housekeeping up to re-vacuum the room and wash the floor. The plumbing was in poor shape. We had no shower curtain and had to ask for one. It was difficult to get the correct temperature for the shower. It was either cold or blazing hot. The tub spout was about a half inch away from the wall. The grout was messy. The room had good proportions. The bed was quite comfortable. And the staff was friendly and polite.

Clean, quiet room for providing a great atmosphere prior to having surgery at St. Charles Surgery Center only blocks away. I will certainly return again!!!
