The location was a little inconvenient if you didn't drive. But the hotel staff is super helpful in calling taxi for us. The taxi driver that they always use is Mr. Cheung and he is a local. Super friendly. Having your own hot and cold spring water in the room is very nice! Be aware that there is no elevator to the bedrooms. So if you have problems walking stairs, make sure to request 1st floor.

It's a good experience. It's a semi-open-air hot spring so you won't feel stuffy when you soak in it. There are hot and cold springs, which is great. But the elevator only goes to the third floor and you have to walk one more floor, which is quite inconvenient. Nothing else to say, it's quite satisfactory.
