Hilton Garden Inn Hotels in New York

The location is superb; if you're looking to catch a Broadway musical, this is undoubtedly one of the best choices. For such a prime spot, it offers fantastic value for money. Our room was a good size, and the bathroom was also quite spacious. Having a fridge and microwave in the room made our week-long stay with my daughter very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great—very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and I even found a clipped fingernail on the floor, which was quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards.

The room is very small, and the air conditioner is a window unit, which makes a loud sound when it is turned on. The advantage is that you can choose whether it is hot or cold. The hotel has 21 floors, with ten rooms on each floor and two elevators. But often only one elevator is operating. After waiting many times when checking out, the two of us still went out in separate steps. If you have a big suitcase, unfriendly foreigners will directly refuse to let you into the elevator. The hotel is located on a side road, which is more convenient than the hotel on the main street of Fifth Avenue. There are many places to eat or stroll around. It is recommended to save the location so that it is not easy to find. If you just search for the name of the hotel, many with the same name and different addresses will pop up. The requirements are not high, this hotel can be considered

Except that the air conditioner in the room was a bit loud, a tip was required for the free breakfast - a bit unexpected (the room price including each breakfast was $10 more expensive, and the tip was $4 per breakfast). There was free coffee and hot water in the lobby, and there was a coffee machine in the room to boil water. There was a 711 convenience store around the corner. In short, it was quiet in a busy city, with convenient transportation. I will choose it again next time

The location is good, which is probably the only advantage. There are road repairs every day in New York, and there is always construction at the entrance. The room was given to the one closest to the elevator, which was very noisy at night. The room was quite small, with water, coffee and snacks. I am very grateful that the front desk can provide emergency needlework. The quality of breakfast is average, and there is even no milk at one point, and there are few varieties. During the exhibition, the room rate is very high, and it can only be like this, after all, it is Manhattan

Stayed in this hotel for a week because it is close to NYU. During the stay, the room was not cleaned in time because I extended my stay. The gym is on the basement floor, there is no signal, and the air conditioning is not turned on. After reporting it to the hotel staff, they did not deal with it. The service of the whole hotel is average and not very enthusiastic. In the morning, it is not a buffet, but a fixed menu. The taste and service are quite good, but it is a bit monotonous if you eat the same thing for 7 or 8 days in a row. The room rate is about 2,000, which is not cheap. The advantage is that the lobby provides free coffee and tea to take away in the morning, which is quite convenient.

There cannot be a better place than this to stay in New York. This is my personal suggestion that if you want to stay on budget with decent amenities, good food and the most important , good connectivity to the subway, this is the place to stay. Overall 10/10 experience for the price we paid. We paid around 1200 USD for 6 night for a queen bedroom. It was very well worth it.

This is a very good location, although the surrounding environment is a little chaotic, but whether it is by subway or bus are within 5 minutes of walking, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the facilities and conditions in the room are higher than expected, especially walking Hmart Asian supermarket in 7 minutes, not far from Koreatown, can save the stomach of our Asians

The exterior doesn’t look like much,but the room was amazing. It was very large and bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. There’s even a Keurig machine!

This trip I want to see the most amazing places in the United States, which are basically the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, and Wall Street. But this hotel is relatively remote, and it would be a bit difficult if there is no vehicle agency.
