Everyone went back to the room first. As a result, when we checked out the next day, they told us that the manager had not come to work yet. He left an email address. After that, he did not reply to the email and sometimes answered the phone. The general meaning was that they did not want to refund the money because the room they changed me to was also a suite, which was an "equal" room for them! !
