The room is clean and keep the standard, very good location and good service .

We checked out at 9:30am and only one staff was at the front desk to check someone in. We waited for 10 mins before anyone could help us even after I told a bellman that we were in a hurry and would need to check out asap. He went to find a front desk staff and came back said they were in a meeting. We finally just dropped our key and rushed to the airport without being able to talk to anyone and to know what to expect with the bill. We were kind of expecting a bit better service than this.

It was great. When they saw that we had children with us, they gave us a room with two beds. Very clean, the room is a good size, and the front desk and waiters are very friendly. It's perfect, nothing to fault. There was some unpleasantness due to the payment method before, but Ctrip solved it very well. The swimming pool is also very comfortable ~

Big room, great service, great location, close to the subway entrance

The service was very poor. When I checked in, I had to tell me that I couldn't find the reservation. I had to wait for more than half an hour. I was told that I didn't know when I could find it out. I couldn't find my reservation, and I didn't know when I could find it. I just looked at the computer. , I asked the duty manager to solve it, but I had to wait without knowing the time. As a result, the duty manager found it when he came. When I made the reservation, I asked for a high floor and a quiet room, and was given the lowest floor. The prepayment was paid directly. When I paid, I was not given a bill. I was told that the parking fee could only be sent to my email. It is now my 5th day since I left the hotel. No bill was sent and no refund was given.

The hotel is right next to the New World Trade Center, and all the hardware facilities are very good.

The only drawback is that the breakfast is too average, small and very expensive...the taste is just average...if you are not in a hurry to have breakfast, you can choose a cafe near the hotel.
