Spacious, clean, and perfect for a stopover. The bed really feels very comfy (after 19 hours flight). Except for the unfriendly front desk which I dont why (I noticed this is popular feedback). Overall, I give 9.5 star. I’ll come again 😉

Being an airport hotel, it is very convenient that there is a free airport shuttle. Also because there’s absolutely nothing around the hotel and it takes long to get to anywhere.
So far I’ve stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns and the service was always great. However at this hotel, the receptionists seem to have an attitude problem. Do not expect any type of service at all; no luggage rack, not possible to change room, no late check out. They didn’t seem to bother at all about anything or anyone and would just roll their eyes right in front of the guests. The shuttle drivers, on the other hand, were genuinely nice and definitely more service oriented.
There was also some event or party going on and it was very loud in the lobby two days in a row.
The room was clean and well kept.

Hotel was clean. I liked the coffee shop in the lobby. The empanadas and bacon egg and cheese sandwich were great! The view from hotel room was not bad either.

Booked this hotel as a pre-cruise hotel that was convenient to airport with free shuttle. Also chose this hotel as they allegedly had a buffet breakfast. Even pgined hotel to confirm the breakfast and how much it was. What they FAILED to tell us was that the breakfast was ONLY on weekends. Shoukd have been a detail to disclose, without having to be asked, if was in fact every day. Airport shuttle was as expected: runs every 1/2 hour (pickup at airport @15&45 min after the hour, departs hotel on the hour and 1/2 hour.). Check-in went fine, HOWEVER...arrival at assigned room we could hear the air conditioner "screaming" a squeal so loud we could hear it in the hallway before we even opened the room door. Had to go back to front desk to get reassigned. We never had occasion to try to use our room phone, until day 2, when we discovered it didn't work. Called for maintenance, who offered to replace phone, then came back and said he couldn't. (Now can't get a wake-up-call for early morning departure, unless we were willing to move and change rooms AGAIN!) And to make it worse, maintenance couldn't get the alarm clock to work, either, and he had to replace it too.
On-site restaurant is decently large, with decent menu, but prices are outrageous! ($20 for a burger!)
All hotel staff were warm and friendly.
NOTE: For being a traveller's hotel, very disappointed rooms do NOT have in-room safes. Over-all, could have stayed at the Crowne Plaza for only $7 more. We'll be sure to stay at the Crowne next time.

We had a terrible experience on arrival.
We left a message to notify the staff we would be arriving early in the morning at about 2am. We got delayed at the airport so got there past 3am.
We met a very off handish staff who said it was t0o late to check in and they had basically sold all their rooms.
When we insisted we had paid already she said to get back to you for a refund. Bear in mind we had 2 little children. She said options around would be a motel. For a family with no car at that time of the night! Of course we couldn't find anywhere else so we stayed in the lobby, only for her to tell us after about 2 hours that she had found a room and would clean it.
Callous and downright wicked is the least to describe the staff we met that night. They should have no business dealing with people and frankly there should be some level of compensation. That room was available all the while but she couldn't be bothered to get up and clean it.

Great location… Clean, Nice… Parking a little pricey… but it is close to NYC….. and MetLife Stadium. I would definitely recommend.

After eventually getting to the hotel, service was excellent. The hotel should get a larger airport shuttle bus, as it hardly could manage the demand for riders, so we had to wait for the third shuttle to get on.
It seems there was some kind of leak because there was water on the bathroom/hallway floor coming from the wall or something? Not a major issue as a small towel solved it.

The Location was Good, Clean but m8ssed spots,someone's vomit at the edge of the bed,ON check in ,we were forgotten fir more than half hour,No swimming pool,No where to warm our Food,customer service Horrible

Check-in was suppose to be at 4 pm. I tried to check in at 3pm but was told room was not ready. Totally understand that. I went to TED’s bar and restaurant (in lobby) to wait it out. I got into line about 4:15pm and I saw that they were turning ppl away who were trying to checkin. When I got to the counter, they too told me my room was not ready. I said that I had to get to an event within the 1.25 min and the associate confidently said that I would be able to checkin well advance within that time.
In the meantime, I went to the lobby bathroom to change to get ready for an event. By the time I came out of the bathroom 4:55, my husband had checked us in (with pushback because he wasn’t the one who had not made the original reservation).
In our bathroom floor, several strands of hair noted, some wall stains (wipeable) under the hand soap and lotion dispenser, and shower did t look like it was wipe down well.
Bed linens were clean, comfy. Desk area clean.
