Brilliant again! The only premiere in I'll stay at in the Staffordshire / Stoke area! The manager is fantastic and nothing is ever too much for him!!! It is always lovely and clean, with brilliant service, room is always tidy and there is always refreshments! 10/10

I recently stayed at this Premier Inn and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any queries. Receptionist was also very helpful.

Very disappointed in the meal deal as it says you get a desert but you do not, even when you ask several times you do not get a desert. The breakfast is cold as the heating elements on the counter are not working. This was my first and last visit to premier inn and brewster.

Great hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. restaurant food was fantastic, both breakfast in the morning and evening meal at night. easy get to , just of M6. We had a day at Alton Towers and was ideal stop off for us on the back home to Scotland

Such a warm welcome. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ample parking and great night sleep. Close to the motorway network. If you chose to eat here, the meal deal is great value with plenty of choice on the menu. The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I stay at Newcastle under lyme premier inn at least once a mth, I visit my family and it is ideal to stay here has it is only 4miles from my son, staff are brilliant.

Clean and tidy room with a very comfortable bed. Quiet and slept well. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely book again.

We were allocated room 201 the bathroom fan would not switch off and the noise from the kitchen extraction vibrated against the wall we were sleeping on, we complained to the reception in the morning that we didn't get any sleep and they moved us to another room the following day. We had a evening meal in the restaurant and the portion size of the meal was for a child I could hear many other customers complaining about the size of the food. I recommend that you don't use the end rooms of this hotel until you fix the problem with the generators and bathroom fan. Major issues with the size portion of the meals needs to be addressed urgently.
