The room was ok, but some of the area was not really clean. Breakfast included with traditional English breakfast. Overall was alright.

Warm, clean and welcoming hotel in a quiet street in the centre of Newport close to all amenities, including a bus terminal from where you can travel the island.

It’s an impulse hotel, not sure what else to say. Had a bit of a clinical look but the staff were friendly and warm hospitality. Only real issue was the shower and sink didn’t sink didn’t seem to be well maintained, went to take a shower and the water collected and took some time to drain, risking flooding.

Very clean hotel. The room was big and had the basics needed. The staff were very friendly & nice. Had food in the dining area down at the front of the hotel, and the food was very nice. I had a two day stay and would recommend this hotel one hundred %

Good budget hotel with helpful staff. This stay was marred by noisy youths outside the hotel on Friday and Saturday night but we asked for a room change and this was organised very quickly and cheerfully. I've stayed here many times when visiting family and it's always clean.Thank you.

Lily was fantastic. Cannot emphasise enough how friendly she was and how comfortable she made me feel. Seems very competent behind the bar and reception. Lovely girl and really upheld the high standards I've come to expect from travelodge. Let her know she's awesome :)

Could be cleaner but otherwise had a good stay. Staff were really friendly and breakfast well stocked and tasty. Would come back.

Great location and very professional staff. Most of Lanmarks and attractions are short drive. Our stay was very comfortable. Safe parking round the corner. Town centre very short walk which has some good shops. I would highly recommend travelodge.
