Modern hotel in great location but tweeks are need
Cool new aparthotel, design was great. Lovely colours, kitchenette was immaculate and handy. Loved the location just up for a beach.
Used the pool twice as the first time i tried it was heaving so didnt bother, then i tried another time and it just wasnt enjoyable as a family were throwing a ball and jumping and diving literally over the top of people and shouting. It was a horrible experience and anyone else left. Staff didnt do anythint. Second time was lovely though.
The got food order wrong in the bar and didnt correct it or take it off the bill, mistakes are made but it wasnt handled correctly.
There was a power cut all day which wasnt their fault but we got no communication about it at all so didnt know if whether there would be lights working or heating working on our return from being out. We didnt know if wed need to move hotels. Lack of comms is the most frustrating thing.
Room was also freezing on the first night no matter what we did with the heating but the other nights were fine.
I would sugest the hotel get some actual radiators so people can dry wet clothes as we just had wet sandly clothes on the floor.

Stayed here on Sunday night and was absolutely blown away. As a new concept for Newquay, they’ve completely hit the nail on the head. It’s very casual vibes whilst still maintaining high quality service. Everywhere, from the lobby, to the pool, to the apartments themselves is decorated to a very high standard and looks fun and fresh. The cafe, which is open to everyone, not just those staying, was amazing. We opted to have lunch and breakfast there, which I’m so glad we did! All of the food was delicious (thoroughly recommend the crispy chicken wrap, as well as any of the pastries available at breakfast and the white hot chocolate!) and every single person working was friendly and super helpful. You wouldn’t think it was a newly opened business - everything was run so smoothly! The apartments themselves are well stocked with all you need, plus very comfortable. Loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to come back for sure! Fantastic addition for Newquay

This brand new Aparthotel is stunning in every aspect. The studio apartment we stayed in for 2 nights was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean and everything had been thought out to provide whatever stay you wanted whether it be fully self-catered or not. The decor was first class throughout and not just the apartment with the theme maintained right across the building. This is an ideal place to stay for families, couples or larger groups. The staff were polite & helpful even though they had only been open a few weeks, nothing was too much trouble. The public areas were light and airy and very comfortable where you could enjoy a drink from the bar, coffee, breakfast or just to relax. This is a part of Cornwall we had visited before so knew a little about the surrounding area and what it has to offer and this is a perfect base from which to explore.

A great place to visit that is dog friendly and wonderfully positioned near some fabulous coves and beaches. Great amenities including a lovely pool and jacuzzi. We visited in November ,where Newquay is a lot quieter but still as beautiful! The accommodation was perfectly equipped and super clean. Next time I would book a seafacing larger room instead of a studio but as we were only visiting one night the studio was perfectly equipped. Lovely cafe and bar on site. I used the pool and jacuzzi at adults only 7pm-9pm and had it to myself! Would 100% visit again!

Lovely rooms with great sea views. Great facilities. Fabulous for coastal walks and accessing local area. Pop up pizza excellent. Great selection of beers in the bar. Chrome cast in room a surprisingly simple enhancement A really well equipped kitchen

Spacious accommodation for the whole family to enjoy! Stunning sunsets in a glorious setting. We spent a couple of night in a Large apartment - ample space for us to find our personal nook and simply relax. One watching TV, one doing homework and me, a glass of wine, watching the sunset over Porth and Newquay. Bliss!

SeaSpace is a great concept, and we all enjoyed our stay especially the pool. The room was amazing, with beautiful sea views looking towards Newquay. The only choice for food (Mon evening out of season) was a pop-up pizza van. Our only real issue was that the front door of our room didn't have an internal lock and was right next to the children's bedroom. Perhaps a chain flip lock should be added for added security.

Soooo clean, fabulous facilities, great pool, comfortable and warm apartment with beautiful views, amazing food (try the arancini) and really lovely staff. Highly recommended as a relaxed family getaway. The only thing I'd suggest is to bring a blackout curtain for the little bunk room in the apartment as the light from the corridor can be a bit bright at night. Otherwise, flawless!
