WARNING DONT BOOK HERE! We had just moved over from NZ and needed long term accommodation till we got a rental. We arrived and the drive way dip was horrible. With kids and luggage leaving and entering would ruin your vehicle. We got our keys to the room and the room smelt musky and cold. The rooms were hot from the sun beaming. We needed Wifi the wifi couldn’t reach our room. We needed the wifi to apply for houses, or our tv that they hooked up couldn’t play anything it was budget you could bearly hear the people talking. The only good thing was the pool. We enjoyed the pool. So once we were inside trying to be positive about the accommodation we realised no this is not what we want for my under 2 2 babies. So we got in the car and looked for something else which we found and did stay the next day we went back to get the rest of our belongings and asked for a refund. They were angry that the room wasn’t good enough and they said quote “we will have to talk to head office about a refund and it will take 2 weeks or more.” Well it’s been 2.5 months now and we still haven’t heard a word or received anything. We paid in advance up to 1k. Would be awesome if we could have something back happy to pay for one night we didn’t stay but had some of our belongings there.
