Fantastic location, fantastic owners, and fantastic experience. We were even able to hire a car thru them too which made our holiday a seamless experience. Waking up right in the Muri Lagoon was an amazing experience, and we are very sad to be back home!! Definitely will be back to book again on our next trip. Highly recommended ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Stayed in one of the back villas but was lucky enough to be upgraded to the beach front villas, but either are very nice to stay at with very easy beachfront access. Very nice view over Muri Beach and Muri central. Excellent communication from owner and onsite staff. Great place to stay at. Will be back again.

Muri Shores is absolute perfection. There is nothing more you could want or need when you stay here. 10m and you're in the pristine clear water of the lagoon. The villas are completely private and self contained with everything you could want and need. There is a gas cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc with a vast array of cutlery and crockery. There are ample towels for use and the shower is devine. It is hands down the best part of the lagoon, and only 200m from your room is the Muri night market (food stalls) that runs most nights. There is also a 24hr supermarket (Sells most beer/wine too if that matters), ATM, and takeaway/restaurants. Bus stop is at the top of the driveway to get you round the island. You honestly couldn't stay anywhere better. ❤️🙏

We stayed in a lagoon view villa and it was superb. Very spacious, stylish and modern with the most comfortable beds. The accommodation and grounds were meticulously clean. The staff were super friendly and the communication from management was top notch. The fully equipped kitchen had everything you could want and more. Discovering the blender was fantastic as we loved being able to make our very own Pina Colada's. The huge deck with sun loungers and table and chairs was fabulous. I loved that they also provided a clothes horse and pegs. The free wi-fi, the use of bikes and kayaks was a lovely bonus at this property. This is our third visit to Raro and we will most definitely stay at Muri Shore Villa's again. 100% recommend. Absolutely loved it and can not fault a thing!

An insider tip for Rarotonga, great villas right on the beach, lovingly furnished and very well maintained and tidy. The host Krystina is very warm and accommodating, one of the best hosts we have ever had. The villas have everything you need for self-catering/service and, very well equipped, there is a small supermarket within walking distance (2 minutes) and great cafes/lunch/dinner options about 5 minutes away. The night market takes place several times a week, which is outside the door 1min away. We got the tip from our host to get food there but eat and enjoy on the balcony with a sea view. There is also a canoe for each villa and bicycles are also available for free use. A transfer can also be arranged if required (25NZD p.p), we had a very nice driver. All in all, we had a great and wonderful stay and can fully recommend it, we will definitely come back. Thanks to Krystina & Team

A great place to stay. A supermarket, sailing club, LBT cafe, Tapas, all within walking distance. Night markets (food) directly behind. A bus stop out front. Two doors from Captain Tamas Lagoon Cruises. Step out of your hut onto the beach. Self-contained. I couldn’t fault it.

Second time to Muri shores and booked again for 2025. Superb self servicing absolute beachfront .Swim in front of the bures in crystal clear warm water, walk over to the outer island at low tide. Fabulous restaurants all around you and the amazing nite markets at your back door. So beautiful and Edna and Albert the on premise managers are so welcoming and accommodating. The bures are pristine and the deck at night for your wine and beer just end a perfect day in paradise.

We have just been lucky enough to spend 7 nights at the Muri Shores Villas. There is only 6 villas so very peaceful. The villas are spacious and spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and Free Wifi. Kayaks and bikes are available. It is very handy to the Muri night market and a few doors down from a 24 hour store. It is absolute beach front. It was an amazing holiday and we loved it so much we’ve rebooked for 2025 for a longer period.
