After an initial issue with the room, I was moved to a more suitable one. The hotel was extremely busy and using the lifts was tiresome and took ages. The room was large and comfortable with a good view. Didn't use the pool as it was too busy and had to pay a fee for towels. The rooftop pool was not included with the room and also had to pay however lots of the advertising includes photos of the rooftop pool, therefore be weary of this. Location is good as it's close to the beach, and there are numerous restaurants and massage facilities nearby.

I looked up a lot of reviews, and as expected, there was a problem. This hotel is managed by several companies and their employees provide guidance or contact them. However, the staff who were friendly during check-in showed an attitude of “I don’t know” about everything after that, which made me very uncomfortable, and the accommodation was not very clean. There aren't many things you need, not even cups. Even though I told them not to clean the room, they always came in and cleaned it up, so it wasn't a very pleasant cleaning experience, so I think it would be better to take important items with you. And the biggest problem is the elevators. There are about 6-7 elevators, but not all of them are operating. I don't know how it is, but when it was bad, I waited 20 minutes to go down to eat breakfast. It was on a high floor, so the view was good, and the accommodation itself had community facilities that were easy to use.
