I requested an extra bed in the room I had already booked, but since it was a day when there weren't many reservations, I was charged about twice the extra bed fee and received a room upgrade. It wasn't a small amount, but it wasn't bad in that I was able to use a larger room comfortably.
The facilities were a bit old, so there were some regrettable aspects, but I felt that they were well managed.
The breakfast was average. It wasn't bad, but I'm not sure if it was great.
The staff were friendly, but there were some disappointing aspects when it came to using the hotel's operating programs or services. First of all, the kids' club was under construction, but they didn't give notice or an alarm when I checked in. Also, since there weren't many people using the operating facility programs, it was difficult to get an immediate answer when I asked and I couldn't use them.
The location and basic aspects were basic, but there were also some disappointing aspects, as it was operated under the name of Sheraton.

최고층 펜트하우스에 4인 가족 2일 투숙하였습니다. 호텔 위치는 매우 훌륭하며 직원들도 매우 친절하였습니다. 호텔 시설은 어느 정도 연식이 있어 보이지만 관리는 잘 되어 있었습니다. 다만 펜트하우스까지 올라가는 전용 엘리베이터는 중간에 갈아타야 하며 4인 가족이 한번에 타기엔 좁았습니다.

I was impressed by the service of all the staff here who are so friendly and always ensuring that we have an awesome and memorable stay! We were greeted and served by Guest Service Agent, Ethan, whose service was commendable and praiseworthy! Our room was ocean facing and the view was superd! Room is big and spacious. Staff attended so quickly and promptly for housekeeping needs. Staff serving at the buffet breakfast were all friendly and helpful as well! Staff here served with a service of excellence! Will definitely be back!
