This hotel boasts a great location, friendly reception Annie and Bellman always smiling /don't know the name/, and efficient service, ensuring a comfortable stay. All the things near by hotel commencing from Shopping center /Vincom plaza/, spa and massagae / Coconut and Nha Trang VIP/, beach club /Sailing club/, coffee shops / Starbucks, Highlands, Phuc Long/ etc... We would love to come again.

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

Service was first class. The staff were proud to be working for the Sheraton and the brand itself, which is what you want to hear from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had. Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, ”Sir, this is the Sheraton!”. It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢

Stepping into the grandeur of the reception hall, I was enveloped by a wave of warmth and hospitality emanating from the staff like a gentle ocean breeze. Among them, stood out Miss Yen Nii, a paragon of professionalism and beauty, with an aura of kindness that embraced us throughout our check-in journey. Her assistance was not just service; it was a symphony of care and attention that resonated with gratitude in my heart. As we parted ways at the end of our transaction, her smile lingered like a treasured memory that beckoned me to return once more. The resort itself was a paradise nestled against a pristine white sandy beach, offering vistas that were nothing short of breathtaking. The allure of Vinpearl Wonderland and the myriad activities at hand added layers of excitement to our stay, painting each moment with vibrant hues of joy and adventure. My stay at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang was akin to stepping into a vibrant tapestry woven with threads of luxury, serenity, and boundless joy - an experience etched in my memory forevermore.

Ok for the relatively cheap price, small things like a toilet that sometimes refused to work, an ac that seemed to heat up at night, a spa with a cold jacuzzi and a steam room with very little steam. Staff were all very nice and to be fair it is good value for money.

Good palace. But weather is so bad time January  And my son was sick at children's pool  But they don't pay hospital money 😭

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

Rooms are spacious and airy, with private balconies overlooking the sea. Cleanliness is impeccable, with housekeeping maintaining high standards throughout. The lush gardens and multiple pools create a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

Fantastic value, including a free upgrade. Newly refurbished and very comfortable. What a shame so many small aspects of the hotel are below par for a five-star hotel: - internet consitently very bad in room - Aircon not on in corridors and reception - swimming pool not accessible for adult fitness swimming: it has lanes across for kids, for 24hrs (although I saw no kids). - very cheeky policy on bottled water: two paid bottles in the fridge are the same cheap brand as the free water outside the fridge. Easy to make a mistake and pay high price for bad water. It's sad that hotel management play these tricks for a few thousand dong; it makes guests feel they are being manipulated. - a number of staff wer unable to understand even a few basic words of English (like 'toilet' or 'egg').
