Aleksandra ButovaWe booked this hotel because it's part of the Novotel chain, which is worldwide. It's a bit older, but the rooms meet all expectations and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with the Lotus almost directly opposite. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, but there are only 12 for ALL guests, so it's better not to count on them, especially since they are in the 4th or 5th row from the sea. There are always empty sunbeds closer to the sea for 400k VND (for 2). Breakfasts are excellent and varied. The hotel left a good impression, even though we only stayed overnight and had breakfast there.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in northern Nha Trang. It has its own beach, but it's a closed cove, and there's very little space for long-distance swimming. Closer to evening, when it's not so hot (around 5 PM), the tide goes out, making the water knee-deep, and entering the sea is prohibited after 6 PM. I liked the breakfast; it was a very varied spread with everything you could need. The hotel restaurant has quite reasonable prices. A shuttle takes guests to the city twice a day for shopping at the mall or just for a walk. There are no cafes near the hotel, and no options for an evening stroll, and the hotel grounds themselves are quite small. Upon checkout, we were unpleasantly surprised when we were told to return a teddy bear that was sitting on the bed; we were 100% sure it was a gift from the hotel. Overall, this resort is suitable for those who don't like noise and crowds. The room has bathrobes, indoor slippers, beach slippers, a beach bag, tea, coffee, and a kettle.

Oksana ZhuThe hotel's location is superb, and the hotel itself is of European standard. We were greeted, and our luggage was stored in the baggage room before check-in. There were some difficulties with our booking, as the room category we selected was unavailable, but they upgraded us for free. The staff is polite, and beach towels are always readily available. We left a $100 deposit upon arrival, and had no issues when checking out. Our room category included a capsule coffee machine, and coffee pods were replenished daily. The view is gorgeous. It was very windy by the pool, but we still went a couple of times. All the bedding is high quality, and the food is excellent and beautifully presented. We will definitely return if we come back.

Guest UserWe just checked out today (June 2026) and were extremely satisfied! The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, on the second line from the beach. Everything is nearby: the night market, the promenade with the Lotus Tower, cafes, shops, and massage parlors. The dining hall is huge with a wide variety of dishes. We had an upgraded room with two windows, offering great views of both the sea and the city. Linens and towels were changed daily, and we had good hot water pressure, even on the 22nd floor. The hotel is modern with a cozy lobby and three high-speed elevators. I wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️

Guest UserI visited last November and had such a good experience that I decided to bring my in-laws to Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang Hotel for our first family trip. Our large family of six had a comfortable stay in a two-bedroom suite. From the first day to the last, my kids loved the pool. The hotel accommodated our requests for an ocean view room right next to the elevator, which was great! 👍👍 The location is also excellent, close to everything in the city, so I'm very satisfied. Honestly, the cleanliness and facilities were just okay, but that's not something I worry too much about, so overall, I was very happy. My in-laws also enjoyed the breakfast very much! If you avoid the peak hours, you should be able to enjoy a relaxed meal. ^^

ElenaSkyEveryone chooses their own way to relax, and my family and I booked a room for one night. For us, that was enough. The hotel is beautiful with its grounds, the quiet, the sounds of nature – and that's probably all its advantages for me. The sea near the hotel was dirty and cold, though the beach was clean. My mom immediately hurt her foot in the sea because of hidden rocks. We quickly moved to the pool. We took some lovely photos and enjoyed the nature by the pool. It was convenient to get to the bungalows by buggy. The room itself was old; the doors were difficult to open, and the bathroom also turned out to be dangerous. My child hit their leg hard on the step around the tub when getting out – thankfully, no fracture. We applied cold and later went to dinner at the restaurant (the only one on site, where breakfast was also served). Dinner was a complete disappointment 🙈. My mom ordered shrimp in a rice flour flatbread, but there were no shrimp, and the flatbread itself was dry and didn't taste good! I had some horrible-tasting pork cartilage, and the meat on a stick wasn't impressive either. My child ordered a burger, which was a 3 out of 5, but at least he was full, unlike the rest of us 😅. If we had stayed at this hotel for several days, we would have been 100% hungry.
Next was bedtime. Since I have a child, we went to bed early. A loud noise scared us; we even thought someone had gotten into our room. It turned out to be either the neighbors across the hall or staff members coming to the door to move furniture. It was so loud that it made me truly appreciate the quiet of our city hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, varied, and filling.
Afterward, we walked to areas A and B (where the mineral pools and mud baths are located).
After check-out, we immediately headed into town. We didn't see the point in staying on the hotel grounds any longer, even though we could have stayed all day. Thanks, a one-day stay was great, as long as it didn't include dinner. But for several days? Definitely not.

Guest UserWe stayed at this hotel for two days, primarily for the amusement park. After checking in at the port, you can reach the hotel either by cable car (which we took on the way there) or by speedboat (our choice for the return journey). If you opt for the speedboat, it's a 5-minute ride, and then you just need to take an elevator. Buggies will be waiting outside the building to take you to your hotel. If you take the cable car, it's about 15 minutes (including boarding, disembarking, and walking to the stop), then you'll need to go up an escalator and walk about 200 meters to the same buggy stop. We checked in quickly at the hotel, and a buggy took us to our villa (we chose this option for 2 adults and 2 children). The villa was huge, with a heated pool. Our villa number started with 4, meaning it was on the fourth level from the sea. Keep this in mind when checking in – it's quite a long walk to the sea and the reception, which is a downside. You constantly have to call for a buggy. During our two-day stay, the WiFi went out twice, leaving us without connection, and we had to call reception on our mobile, which was quite expensive. I can't comment on the beach as we didn't visit it; we had limited time, and our main goal was the amusement park. We preferred the breakfast restaurant to the right of reception; it had everything, even smoothies (the kids were delighted). All our questions were resolved quickly, and the staff were very friendly.

Guest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is definitely its location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Whether it's a morning stroll on the sand or watching the sunset in the evening, it's absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and clean, simply but comfortably furnished, and the balcony offered direct sea views. The staff were very welcoming; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively offered some local tips. Overall, it's perfect for guests who love beach holidays, offering both relaxation and easy access to the sea and sunshine.

The location is fantastic however the room is getting old showing some cracks on the door and holes on the curtain. Room Needs some upgrade to keep up with the time. Also they didn’t provide free bell luggage services as we had to pay extra to keep our luggage. We had to request a microwave as it was not available in the room when we checked in.

The hotel has a first-line sea view, unobstructed. The room is super big, very spacious, sea view king room, unbeatable sea view, full of sea, superb! A young man at the hotel front desk can speak Chinese, which is rare in Nha Trang, and the process went smoothly. The breakfast is relatively average, the restaurant is wide and has many seats. The hotel does not have currency exchange, but there are many banks and ATM machines around. The surrounding facilities are complete, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants of all sizes, with everything you need. The first-line sea view hotel in Nha Trang City, you have to cross the road to go to the beach, which is very convenient in a few minutes. In short, I have stayed in several hotels in Nha Trang, and this one is very cost-effective. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will choose this hotel.
