"Absolutely thrilled with this hotel. The location couldn't be better – right in the center, and the beach is just around the corner. Inside, everything is impeccably clean, and I particularly love the high ceilings throughout. Our room was a junior suite, absolutely huge, and the bathroom was like a separate room itself, featuring both a bathtub and a shower cabin. All amenities were provided. A special highlight is the rooftop pool, which I'd call an infinity pool – it's incredibly cool! There are sun loungers right next to it. All areas are neatly designed. Breakfasts are standard, with plenty of food. The staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here, 10/10."

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and overall, it left a positive impression. It's new, clean, and there's no long wait for the elevators. The location is great. The bed was excellent, comfortable, and large. The room had all the bathroom amenities, bathrobes, and slippers. Breakfasts were varied. On the downside, I'd like to point out the dim lighting, especially in the hallway and bathroom. The balcony railing also doesn't help with light. And like many hotels, there's no place to dry clothes."

"The deposit is either cash or your passport. Leaving your passport as a deposit is unthinkable! 😲 Definitely do not do it! ⚠ Since I didn't have cash on hand, I paid in JPY. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned; there were still cotton swabs left from the previous guest, and from the second day onwards, I was surprised to receive extremely tattered, rag-like towels (please see the photos). Also, Trip.com states that there's a bathtub, but be aware that this room type does not have one! ⚠ There are no spare toilet paper rolls either. The location is convenient, and I could see the ocean from the balcony. ◎ The breakfast was also decent and tasty. There are 5 hotel-exclusive sun loungers on the beach, which you can reserve in the morning. Note that towels are not provided at the beach, so you need to pick them up at the front desk before heading down. That's quite inconvenient."

"Pros: The hotel is well-located, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Excellent view from the window. There's a balcony, good for drying clothes. Cons: Cleaning is very poor. There was a dirty stain on the floor on the first day, and it wasn't cleaned for the entire week. Towels are constantly not replenished. We were two adults and a child, and we paid extra for the child, but they never provided towels, toothbrushes, or anything else for him. Shower gel and soap weren't refilled in the dispensers. They ran out within a week. There are no rooms for three people – either a family room for four or a double room. We always book a double room with two beds. Usually, these are spacious twin beds. Here, the two beds were very narrow, so we pushed them together. Then, one day, the cleaners took away our third blanket. The room has a large kitchen, but it's unclear why. There are no dishes, and cooking in the room is not allowed. A big closet would have been more useful. In a double room, there are only 4 hangers for clothes. The hairdryer is terrible. You can dry your hair with it, but styling is very difficult. It also broke and was replaced. But the hairdryer holder fell off on the second day. The bed linen was yellow."

"This hotel had so many great reviews, I thought, 'I have to book it!' The first thing I saw walking into the lobby was a male receptionist with a huge, welcoming smile. He explained everything to me and even offered me water, as I'd had to walk from another hotel and was overheated. Seeing I was close to fainting, he immediately rushed to help me. A huge thank you to him! The receptionist explained that check-in was at 2 PM, and it was only around 1 PM, but despite that, he checked me in within 25 minutes. He was so thoughtful and even changed my safe for me! As for the location, the hotel isn't on the first line, but that's actually a good thing because it's quiet here, without all the clutter from shops and stalls, which I really liked. Plus, it's still super close to the sea! 👍 There are also snack bars and restaurants nearby, and even a pharmacy. When I entered my room, I immediately noticed how clean it was and how everything felt so harmonious. Later, I found out the hotel was built in 2025, so everything is clearly brand new. There's not even any mold in the bathroom yet! 🤣🤣🤣 The shower is excellent, with both hot and cold water (which is important to me, as in other hotels, the water is often just lukewarm). Everything you need is there, and you can see a glimpse of the coast from the window. I'm very happy and I'm going to try to extend my booking 🤔. The price for a king-size bed room without a balcony is 950 rubles per night! 🎉 I highly recommend this hotel! 👍👍👍"

"The worst 4-star service: dirty, terrible breakfast, and deposit extortion upon checkout. The hotel markets itself as new, but the service and cleanliness are absolutely zero. They take a $100 deposit upon check-in. Pros: The hotel does look relatively new, and the view from the window is beautiful, but that's where the positives end. Cons: 1. **Dirty upon check-in.** The room was terribly dirty. There were stains and strange men's hair on the bedsheets. The entire floor was also covered in hair. We had to ask the staff to change the bedsheets and clean the floors again. 2. **Housekeeping.** The cleaning is very mediocre. If you don't leave a tip, they'll do a sloppy job. 3. **Breakfast.** For a 4-star hotel, this is simply a disgrace. There's no selection at all, no cheese, and only one type of juice (which is diluted and barely deserves to be called juice). 4. **Checkout and deposit extortion.** We had heard that the hotel tries to withhold deposits under various pretexts, but we didn't think it would happen to us. On the day of checkout, as early as 11:45 AM, they started calling from the reception and rushing us. When we returned the room, they claimed that ”a teaspoon was missing” and that we had to pay for it. This is despite the fact that we used our own disposable spoons (a whole pack of which we left in the room). It eventually turned out that there were originally two spoons in the room, one of which didn't even belong to the hotel! 5. **Smoking fine.** When the spoon story fell through, they slapped us with a smoking fine for smoking on the balcony – demanding 3,000,000 VND (allegedly for ”airing out”). We weren't aware of the rule and hadn't read any papers, yet the maid took out trash from the balcony every day. Why did no one say anything for 16 days, and wait until the day of checkout? They replied: ”We have a new employee, and she only gained experience by the time of your checkout.” In the end, after lengthy arguments, we had to pay a fine of 500,000 VND just to leave. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Their attitude towards guests is exploitative, solely aimed at extracting money upon checkout."

"Cons: It was inconvenient to use the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, as the caps did not screw on properly and kept coming loose. There was only one hook in the room for two people, which was especially inconvenient for a beach hotel where you need to dry swimsuits and towels. The bed turned out to be made of two separate beds, which created a noticeable gap in the middle. Overall, the bed was unnecessarily huge and took up almost the entire room. In addition, the promised welcome fruit was not provided. At breakfast, there were no available tables, so we had to wait about 5 minutes for a table to free up. Pros: Very pleasant and helpful staff, always ready to assist. Good location - a lively area, right opposite the beach. Beach towels are also provided."

"We booked this hotel when there were no reviews, and we regretted our choice. We've stayed in several hotels in a similar price range, so we have a good basis for comparison. Pros: The location (about 5 minutes to the beach) and decent breakfasts. Cons: We stayed in room 301. The cleanliness was very mediocre. The windows faced the street, directly across from two bars. We had to listen to music until 4-5 AM. It was incredibly loud in the room! The sound insulation from the street was nonexistent. The curtains in the room didn't fit, so a lot of light still came through (I'll attach photos). So, don't expect a quiet, restful night. There was also no hot water. We reported all issues to the reception, and the staff tried to help, but without much enthusiasm. A maintenance person came to the room, fiddled with the water, and eventually said we needed to let it run for about 7 minutes for hot water to appear. They promised to replace the curtains the next day, but it never happened. Also, the TV wasn't working (the photo will show this). We didn't like the attitude or the hotel itself. The emergency exits on the floor were blocked by beds. We even wanted to check out on the second day, but the hotel didn't respond to Trip.com."

"The hotel room we stayed in on the 26th floor had a great sea view however it was in need of some repairs (kitchen door wouldn't close, power plugs didn't stay plugged in on a couple of the points and the shower smelt of mould. Upon closer inspection we found mould inside the shower recess. Although the hotel is non-smoking, in the morning our bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke (most likely another guest used their bathroom to smoke and it then filled our room). It's very unpleasant to wake up to this. The room really needed a paint job to refresh the quality, new floors to replace the peeling covering, new bathroom counter to replace the faded finish, new power plugs and smoke alarm in the bathroom to prevent guests smoking. The location is great and the view is amazing. Although the room was affordable, I would recommend looking for a smaller hotel that is in better condition. The amenities are good with two restaurants (one for breakfast), gym and spa. We only used the breakfast restaurant and it was very good."

"Hotel room is smaller compared to the pictures given, you can hear the outdoor sound clearly even with the doors shut. Breakfast buffet is pretty decent, overall a pretty good 5 night stay."
