Guest UserThe room was quite spacious. We booked a sea-view room, and you could see the ocean directly from the window, but as soon as I opened the curtains, a huge signal tower was right in front, which was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water temperature was just right with stable water pressure. Flip-flops were provided, and most of the disposable toiletries were well-stocked. The duvet wasn't very thick, but the pillows were quite comfortable. The bedsheets had some stains, like coffee or blue ink that wouldn't wash out, but it didn't bother me too much.
The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and also 5 to 10 minutes from the pedestrian street, so the area is very lively. Upon check-in, we were given two refreshing blue pandan drinks, which was a nice touch.
On the second day of our stay, my friend wasn't feeling well due to a fever. I went to the front desk to ask if they had anything for fever or a thermometer, and they responded immediately, which I thought was excellent.

This hotel is right in the heart of Nha Trang, with a view of the Lotus Tower from the window. We stayed in a sea-view suite with a balcony. The suite itself is very spacious and has two bathrooms, which was really convenient. However, the hotel is quite old, and the room is starting to look a bit tired. The curtains were stained, and the plumbing was showing its age. It’s fine for a couple of days, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

Guest UserAlibu was the first hotel we stayed at, and it didn't disappoint. It's a cozy, quiet hotel with a small property, delicious breakfasts, and the room has everything you need. The guest relations officer, Linh, is always available on WhatsApp, and all information is provided in Russian. The hotel's beach is quite small, and the entry might not be convenient for everyone, especially during low tide. However, it's much easier to get in before noon during high tide. The staff also constantly cleans trash from the lagoon. The only minor complaint is the lack of a proper partition between the toilet and shower, and the fact that this area isn't separated from the rest of the room. Overall, we're happy with the hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Anonymous UserThe rooms are old and the entrance is a staircase, so there's no way to drag luggage. I arrived at 12:00, and the staff informed me that check-in was at 15:00. I left my bags and returned at 14:30, only to see others being checked into their rooms. The staff then told me to wait another 15 minutes. The front desk staff's eye contact and overall service attitude were definitely lacking. During check-in, they asked for a 200k deposit. I mentioned that typically, bookings through OTAs don't require a deposit, and I'd even stayed at a Mercure without being asked for one. I understand that policies vary, but what was absolutely unacceptable was when that specific front desk staff member started muttering in Vietnamese to her colleagues, essentially implying that I was rude, and everyone's gaze felt like they were looking down on a customer. This really needs improvement – it's a service industry after all. Breakfast was okay. However, the lobby restroom was dirty and only had one stall. I ended up using the accessible restroom because the floor was wet and slippery, and the toilet bowl was dirty. When I came out, a cleaning staff member scolded me. For a hotel of this size, having only one lobby restroom, and needing to use the accessible one for a 'heavy' need, is problematic. They seriously need intensive training in service mind and hospitality.

WentulajunzhanghuaPerfect for a family getaway to relax by the beach and pool. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, especially the beef pho soup at breakfast – so fresh and flavorful! While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very responsive.

Sofa criticismIbis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old.
Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception feels uncomfortable. On first floor convenience store and restaurant.
For people who like Nha Trang is convenient location, but for us is uncomfortable, sorry… And on reception they ask 50 $ for deposit, hard to understand why?!

Elina88We stayed at this hotel from June 15th to 21st. We booked a room with a pool view, and according to the photos, it should have had a panoramic window. However, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of a very close, abandoned building. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. The hotel staff did not respond to our complaints about the discrepancy, stating there were no other rooms available. The room itself was very small, barely enough space for two, but it was clean. They cleaned daily and replenished water, coffee, and toiletries every day. We didn't see any insects during our week-long stay. The towels and bedding were neat and clean. We picked up fresh beach towels every day at the reception. The fridge cooled well, and the air conditioning worked without issues. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, with many cafes and shops nearby, and the sea is just a 7-minute walk away. There's also a pool on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was okay, as we didn't spend much time in the room.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

On Trip the listings are not really as stated. For example: the TV in the room works haphazardly; the “luggage storage” requires a 20K fee per bag - regardless of size; and the “available parking” is also at a fee - 20k per night and then 5k every time you leave your bike during the day. I’ve travelled extensively in Vietnam and when these are listed, hotels don’t charge you for them. I would not have minded if they simply said there was a fee on the listing.
However, what really put me off was the check in. On the site it says check in time is 10:30 - I knew I was going to arrive in the early morning so this was perfect. When I got to the hotel they told me, with a tone, to “come back at 14:00”. When I asked about the 10:30 check-in time on the site he told me “that's only when it’s possible” then swiftly left me there. Okay cool, most hotels have check-in at 14:00 anyways so I didn’t mind much.
Came back way past 14:00 and they told me the room is still not ready. I was asked to wait 15mins minutes, but ended up having to wait for more than an hour. Once they said the room was ready they tried to give me one keycard - telling me there'd be an extra charge for two keys - but all other guests I saw were given two straight away. Once I pointed this out they gave me the extra card. At around 15:45 we were lead up to the room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The manager tried telling us to just go in while the poor auntie was still cleaning, and she'd clean the floor again after us. We were not going to make her clean twice so we waited and thanked the auntie after.
After that, there was not much else that stood out. The rooms looked the same as the pictures on the site, it was well cleaned daily and the location was close to the beach and restaurants.

The hotel has a first-line sea view, unobstructed. The room is super big, very spacious, sea view king room, unbeatable sea view, full of sea, superb! A young man at the hotel front desk can speak Chinese, which is rare in Nha Trang, and the process went smoothly. The breakfast is relatively average, the restaurant is wide and has many seats. The hotel does not have currency exchange, but there are many banks and ATM machines around. The surrounding facilities are complete, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants of all sizes, with everything you need. The first-line sea view hotel in Nha Trang City, you have to cross the road to go to the beach, which is very convenient in a few minutes. In short, I have stayed in several hotels in Nha Trang, and this one is very cost-effective. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will choose this hotel.
