Beach Hotels in Nha Trang

This was our first time vacationing on the island, and choosing a villa with a sea view and private pool was definitely the right decision! The view is stunning! The villa has everything you need and more, such as beautiful glasses for wine, champagne, and juice. There's a full-sized refrigerator (not a mini-bar) that keeps things perfectly cold and even freezes items. The cleaning service is excellent, and the king-size bed is huge. Breakfasts are a solid 5 out of 5. And by Vietnam standards, it’s a 5+! No queues for omelets. Fruits like mango, melon, watermelon, passion fruit, dragon fruit, and others are always available. The Pho Bo is consistently delicious. We traveled to the hotel by boat. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. As soon as you enter the river port terminal, someone immediately approaches you, registers you, and escorts you to the waiting area, offering cold tea. Everything is comfortable and clean, and the restrooms in the terminal are spotless (important for us as we’re traveling with children). There were no delays anywhere. Everything was smooth. Electric carts run regularly from the hotel to the restaurant area (Harbor) and VinWorld amusement park. We bought park tickets at the hotel, and there was virtually no price difference compared to Trip.com. The beach is perfect! The sand is like flour, almost white, and the sea is crystal clear! The pool is also clean. The only minor drawback was that the kids found it a bit boring. There wasn't any seaweed in the sea to catch, like in Amiana, Nha Trang.)) The hotel staff are polite and attentive. In the evenings, you can watch the evening show from the pier on the beach. There’s a fireworks display every day at 9:30 PM. Overall, we recommend the hotel and will definitely be back!

The location is good, everything is nearby. The hotel is located on the first line. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable. Cleaning and linen changes happen every day. The view is beautiful, everything is within walking distance: shops, cafes, etc. However, there's a downside. There's construction happening next to the hotel, so getting some sleep will be difficult. And most importantly, the staff at the reception are unfriendly; I've never seen worse service than here 😡

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center on the beachfront. The room was clean. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything was good, and the view is amazing if you get a sea view room. Downsides: Upon check-in, the reception demanded a $100 deposit from us. We didn't have it, and they said 2 million VND if paid in dong. There was no prior information about the deposit, so in the end, they took our passport instead of money. Furthermore, we were on the 11th floor, and the room next door was undergoing renovations for our entire three-day stay, so there was constant drilling and other noises, which was temporarily tolerable. However, during our stay in August 2026, construction started next door, with work ongoing all day, starting with hammering at 7 AM. Keep this in mind when choosing if noise bothers you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great value, beautiful views and excellent service We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Nha Trang. From the beginning, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with a beautiful beach and ocean view. For the price we paid, the overall experience was definitely worth it. The swimming pool was great, but one of the highlights for us was the premium lounge. The panoramic view from there was amazing – you can see across Nha Trang, with both the beach and the city in front of you. It's a great place to just sit, relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a huge variety of food to choose from. We also ordered room service during our stay and the meals were delicious and well prepared. The airport transfer was another nice touch. We were picked up in a BMW, and the roughly one-hour journey was very comfortable. Cold water and refreshing towels were provided, and our driver was very friendly. Communication was especially easy if you can speak some Vietnamese. I was also impressed with the laundry service. Even when we needed our laundry done quickly towards the end of our stay, they arranged express service while still charging us the normal rate, which we really appreciated. Overall, the combination of the Junior Suite, beautiful sea views, premium lounge, excellent breakfast, comfortable airport transfer and accommodating staff made this stay very enjoyable. Great value for what we paid, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nha Trang.

This hotel used to be decent, but unfortunately, not anymore... We had a superb ocean-view suite, if it weren't for one HUGE BUT... the windows were absolutely, incredibly, utterly filthy! So much so that it was unpleasant to look out, especially at night, and yet the hotel's main selling point is its panoramic view... HORRIBLE. The breakfast was generally okay, but the coffee was disgusting. The hotel's location is wonderful, just a step away from the sea. Free sun loungers are supposedly provided by the hotel, BUT... you can only get tickets for them starting at exactly 8:00 AM, and people start queuing for them from seven in the morning; it's no surprise, given there are only six of them, imagine! And this 'privilege' is only for two hours of lounging, from 10 AM to 12 PM, then another three lucky families, and so on. Upon arrival, no one helped with our suitcases, there was no welcome drink, and the icing on the cake, as they say, is that the staff by the pool SIMPLY DRIES DIRTY, WET towels and then neatly folds them and hands them out as if nothing happened.

The hotel is superb! Despite the exterior looking a bit dated from the street, inside it feels like you're in Italy, with high-quality furniture and appliances. The entire staff is very friendly and caring. When we checked out, they escorted us to our taxi and helped with our luggage (there was a very kind gentleman). They even tracked down our lost driver, so we didn't have to search for him with our bags! The breakfasts were great, with stations replenished regularly. You can also order coffee at the bar. I especially loved having breakfast in the garden! 😍 Our room was on the 9th floor with a sea view. I just wanted to sit on the balcony all the time and admire the view! The only downside is that it's impossible to take a shower peacefully in the bathroom. The water leaks significantly and floods the floor, which is unsafe. You have to be very careful with the showerhead.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and it was the right choice. The hotel consists of detached bungalows – quite spacious. Honestly, I thought we would be staying in a villa, but that was my mistake. The bungalows are good too. Comfortable bed, clean bungalow, daily cleaning, and daily towel change. We walked everywhere, but you could also take a buggy. The beach is open from 6 AM to 6 PM, after which you can move to the pool. Service at the hotel is top-notch: everything I asked for was brought very quickly. The food is decent – Vietnamese and continental breakfast. At the hotel, we tried mango juice – you can order it from the beach and it’s delivered within 15 minutes. On September 2nd, we participated in the national holiday – an exceptionally delicious event. We are happy with our choice and recommend this hotel for a quiet beach holiday. I think we will come here again. Thank you, Irina Krupetskaya. On the day of check-out, we had a couples massage – it was a magnificent experience, we highly recommend the hotel's spa salon. The quality is excellent. Prices are lower than in Russia: approximately 4500 rubles for two people for an hour. The massage is very relaxing.

You shouldn't expect anything special for that kind of money. The room is 'tired', with mold, needs repairs. The breakfast doesn't taste good. Booked for 3 nights, left after the first one. While looking for more comfortable accommodation, the overall window will be here, but it's better to pay a little extra and choose a better hotel.

Very disappointing first day at the hotel We had a very unpleasant experience on our first day at the hotel. My flight was changed two nights before my stay, so I called the hotel to explain the situation and ask whether I could still check in on the morning of the 17th, even though my original check-in date was the 16th. I was told that this would be fine. I called again to confirm, and once again I was reassured that everything was okay. On the morning of the 17th, we arrived at around 9:00 a.m. My son and I had travelled through the night and were both extremely tired. However, when we arrived, we were told that we had to wait until 2:00 p.m. for check-in. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the hotel twice and had been given permission to arrive that morning, but the manager would not even listen to me. Instead, he was extremely dismissive and arrogant. He laughed and said, “What do you want us to do? Go sit down and wait.” I was honestly heartbroken. I was exhausted, travelling with a very tired child, and I felt completely ignored when I was simply trying to explain what had been agreed with the hotel beforehand. I quickly had to find a nearby place where my son and I could sit, eat and rest while waiting for 2:00 p.m. We returned to the hotel at around 1:30 p.m., only for the same manager to laugh and tell us that they had apparently not noticed that our booking was actually for the previous day. They then offered us a 200,000 VND massage voucher. While I appreciate the gesture, I had already spent more than six times that amount simply finding somewhere for my child and me to rest and eat because of the situation. More than the inconvenience or the money, it was the attitude that really disappointed me. If the manager had simply taken a moment to listen to me, he would have understood the situation and seen that I had contacted the hotel in advance and had been reassured that we could arrive on the 17th. I hope the hotel can improve its communication and, most importantly, the way staff handle situations where guests are already exhausted and distressed. A little understanding and kindness would have made a huge difference.

The only good thing is that the room has a sea view. There is no hand soap even in the room’s bathroom. I am not talking about shower jel or shampoo. There is no handsoap. Also in the other restrooms they use poor quality soap. Restroom cleaning also shocked me. The restaurant was a completely disappointed. There is definitely not enough variety.. There was no salt,pepper or any sauce on the tables. And I was almost burned. There is no protection between you and stove. While I am having my eggs hot oil pumped up on us. My arm got burned. Also there was a weird water pumping or drain sound coming from the ceiling, and never stopped. I was in room 804. So this is my ideas. If you have any issues about such things… think carefully. This price not worth for this service. Also I booked this hotel because it was written that I can check in early from 10am. Unfortunately I couldn’t they said 2pm is earliest I can check in and l left my belongings at the lobby and l had to join my tour by changing my clothes in the toilet :(
