Aleksandra ButovaWe booked this hotel because it's part of the Novotel chain, which is worldwide. It's a bit older, but the rooms meet all expectations and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with the Lotus almost directly opposite. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, but there are only 12 for ALL guests, so it's better not to count on them, especially since they are in the 4th or 5th row from the sea. There are always empty sunbeds closer to the sea for 400k VND (for 2). Breakfasts are excellent and varied. The hotel left a good impression, even though we only stayed overnight and had breakfast there.

SweetenedcondensedmilkI was so happy that Amiana was the resort I stayed at for my first trip to Vietnam! 🥹
I stayed in the hotel wing for one night and a garden view villa for two nights. Both were spacious and clean! The view from the hotel wing was amazing, but since we had an overnight flight, we just slept there.
The garden view villa was a prime spot, right behind the pool!
The price was a bit high since it was peak season, but we were more than satisfied beyond that!
The lizards in the villa wing were absolutely adorable! 🦎
And the staff were incredibly friendly! 😎
It can't compare to the other resorts I've stayed at, it was the best! 👍🏻
Since I love swimming in the ocean, I think I'll only visit Amiana Nha Trang from now on!
- At breakfast, spreading a generous amount of mayonnaise on a banh mi bun with 2-3 fried eggs and bacon was excellent! 🤤 The omelets were delicious too.
- Vietnamese coffee isn't really to Koreans' taste (I was surprised when I bought some in the city ㅠㅠ), but the Americano sold in the Amiana Resort lobby was really good! I can't live without coffee, so I must have bought over 10 cups, lol!
No matter how good you are at swimming, please, please, always wear a life jacket and safety gear!!

Guest UserThe room was clean and spacious, but the layout wasn't the best; a long corridor ate up a lot of space. For a room of this size, it really needed at least a second toilet, let alone a full bathroom. The pool is small and located on the second floor. The view is fantastic, the beach is just across the road, and the location is excellent. The service was top-notch!

The hotel building is considered old and the car park area is limited at the B3 level and required to climb the stairs from B3 to B2 to get to the lift to go to the lobby level.
Room is not very spacious and the room width is tight where the bed to the wall table when putting the table chair will block the way to the balcony. The bed mattress is a bit wear down and mattress spring is slightly curved down. The breakfast spread is international and local Vietnam fares and quite good.
The hotel has placed private chairs and shades at the beach for the guest use which is convenient for relaxing on the beach.
The location is along the main stretch of the Tran Phu road facing the sandy beach.

This hotel is right in the heart of Nha Trang, with a view of the Lotus Tower from the window. We stayed in a sea-view suite with a balcony. The suite itself is very spacious and has two bathrooms, which was really convenient. However, the hotel is quite old, and the room is starting to look a bit tired. The curtains were stained, and the plumbing was showing its age. It’s fine for a couple of days, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

Guest UserA truly wonderful stay, full marks across the board. Let me give a proper review.
**Facilities:** They are a bit old, definitely showing their age, but in that 'old money' kind of way. The sunrise from the balcony is spectacular; I enjoyed stunning sunrises on both days. It's an established high-star hotel with comfortable rooms, a clean pool, lovely breakfast, and a well-equipped gym – truly perfect for a vacation. The only minor inconveniences were the lack of power outlets (understandable given it's an older building) and the old-fashioned light switches which weren't as convenient as modern centralized controls.
**Hygiene:** Excellent, cleaned daily.
**Environment:** Great! Very convenient for getting around.
**Service:** This is where it fell a bit short. It felt like there was a difference in how Korean, Japanese, and Western guests were treated compared to Chinese guests. Also, the Chinese speaking ability at the front desk was quite weak.

Ekaterina 7We first stayed at this hotel in 2018, and now, 8 years later, it's definitely showing its age. A lot of things need renovation. HOWEVER, we knew this from reviews and were prepared. Because this is the BEST accommodation option in the Nha Trang area. The island itself is simply paradise, large and beautiful, and the beach is magnificent. If you don't want to swim in the sea like on the Russian coast, where you can barely find a spot, but still want to be close to the city, all the cafes, and relative civilization, then this is the place. When we arrived and saw the number of people on the public Nha Trang beach compared to our beach, it was like night and day. Here, it’s a private, peaceful retreat, and every evening we took a speedboat to the city. The speedboats, by the way, have been upgraded since then, which is great – very fast and comfortable. Then you hop on bus 23, and in 10 minutes, you're in the city. By the way, ask the front desk for QR codes for free bus travel. As a result, you'll have free daily entertainment – a trip to the city and back! For dining, I highly recommend Lumia, the best restaurant with excellent prices, delicious food, and a more-or-less European level of comfort. For about 500 rubles, I had a very tasty dinner of shrimp salad and baked oysters. 🦪
At the hotel, we booked a pool villa on the ground floor. Everything was worn out; sometimes things broke down while we were there – the curtain rod tilted, the closet light never turned off, and the furniture was old. You have to pay for extra beds for children, and it's quite expensive, so we didn't get one. Our older child slept on the sofa, and the younger one with us, and it was all fine. The room was large but a bit poorly designed. It was convenient to have direct access to the pool from the room and a gorgeous sea view. Last time, we stayed in a bungalow, and the views there were absolutely incredible, but we've grown by one person, so we wouldn't fit comfortably there anymore. Overall, this villa was also not bad. But again, we were prepared for the outdated rooms and the hotel's general wear and tear. Despite all the drawbacks, this beach and the tranquility are absolutely worth it!
I can't say the breakfasts were 'wow'; after 10 days, we were tired of eating the same thing. The service is typically Asian – relaxed. They could definitely benefit from a European manager to sort out all the issues and improve responsiveness. Also, almost every day we found a huge cockroach, about 5-6 cm long, lying on its back and wiggling, but half-dead. We never figured out if they had been poisoned before we arrived. Not very pleasant, but after the first 'show,' they disappeared. It's Asia, so thank goodness it was just a cockroach! 🪳 You can also walk across the island to the other side, where tourists are brought. It's interesting to explore there too – mud baths, pools with thermal-like water. Will we return to this hotel again? I think yes, but only because of the location, the quietness, the privacy, the calm sea with minimal crowds, and the magnificent nature. We'll endure the rooms somehow and hope they finally get some attention. 😁 (The last photos are of Nha Trang beach and my dinner for approximately 500 rubles. All other photos are on Hon Tam Island.)

Pavel SamburskiiThis hotel has a great location for those who want to visit the park and also spend time at the beach. We specifically stayed here for one night because our little one needed an afternoon nap. After lunch, we went back to the amusement park. The rooms aren't the newest, but they're generally clean and comfortable. The room included bathrobes, two types of slippers (for the room and for the pool), and a beach bag, which was convenient.
There's a pool with kids' slides, which is a big plus for families with young children. The beach had no waves (in July), and the entry into the sea was great – it gradually deepens, so adults don't have to walk for a long time knee-deep just to swim.
Breakfast was okay, definitely not 5-star Kamarni quality, but you won't go hungry. There's a convenient hotel tuk-tuk service running between Harbor Market/Vinpearl and the hotel.
The only downside was check-in. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, not a minute earlier. We arrived with our child at 1 PM, but even at 2 PM or 2:45 PM, they wouldn't let us check in; it was strictly 3 PM.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

Guest UserGreat location. A little dated but great value for money. Local buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Great roof top bar for a great view. Room had a great sea view.
