Aleksandra ButovaWe booked this hotel because it's part of the Novotel chain, which is worldwide. It's a bit older, but the rooms meet all expectations and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with the Lotus almost directly opposite. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, but there are only 12 for ALL guests, so it's better not to count on them, especially since they are in the 4th or 5th row from the sea. There are always empty sunbeds closer to the sea for 400k VND (for 2). Breakfasts are excellent and varied. The hotel left a good impression, even though we only stayed overnight and had breakfast there.

Guest UserThis was our first trip with our nine family members, including my in-laws. Since it was our first time, we prioritized a well-known and reputable place over just good value for money. My main criteria were: not too far from the city (though it's still a bit of a drive, about 20 minutes by Grab), a large swimming pool (for our 3 elementary schoolers and 6 kindergarteners), and delicious breakfast! We stayed in a Deluxe King Ocean View room, and what's great about it is that there's a sliding door that separates a small room – that's where my husband, who snores loudly, slept, haha. The room condition was excellent. Definitely bring a shower filter! There's the main swimming pool and a wonderfully warm saltwater pool next to it. Just walk down, and you're right at the ocean. We had a fantastic time! ^^

Viktoriia DronovaMy husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We were in room 812. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We had read reviews with many complaints about the room's amenities, but we found everything to be sufficient – we had hooks in the bathroom, a shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower, and more than enough power outlets. The kitchen was fully stocked. We did some minimal cooking occasionally but never used the oven or multicooker.
The only thing missing was proper mugs for tea; my husband couldn't get enough from the small coffee cups. He ended up buying his own mug.
There was a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron available. We also had a huge balcony with a designated area for drying wet clothes. Our view wasn't the most spectacular, but it wasn't a big deal.
The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Everything was sparkling white and clean.
The day before our flight to Nha Trang, we received an email from the hotel informing us that some rooms would undergo renovations during our stay, strictly at set times. This news wasn't ideal, but we never heard any construction noise during our two-week vacation.
We did have some issues with the air conditioning. We arrived late at night and couldn't get it to turn on, so we slept with the balcony door open, but it was still stuffy. It was repaired the next morning. A few other times when the AC wouldn't start, a simple restart helped. On one occasion, that didn't work, and we had to call a technician again.
Close to the hotel, there's a bus stop for route 23, which runs north to south and back along the entire promenade. There are small shops nearby where you can buy essentials. And not far away, in a large residential complex, the Gold Coast Mall occupies the first 8 floors, featuring numerous brand stores, two floors of Lotte Mart supermarket (3rd and 4th floors), cafes and restaurants, and entertainment like arcade games and bowling.
Overall, we enjoyed everything. If we get the chance to return, we'll definitely book these apartments again.

TianboyangfuThe hotel is right in Nha Trang city, just across the road from the Pacific Ocean. All the sea-view rooms offer a 90-degree side view of the sea. The sound of the waves at night can be quite loud. The hotel is a bit old, and the lobby is on the smaller side, but that's not a major issue. My biggest complaint, however, is the hotel's dining. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, and the seafood buffet dinner was even worse! Calling the fish 'rotten' and the shrimp 'stale' isn't an exaggeration at all. There were no complimentary drinks at the buffet; everything had to be paid for separately. The small sea crabs were indeed tiny, probably weighing only an ounce or two. The shrimp meat wasn't firm; it was mushy. I won't go into all the other details, but having traveled to many places around the world, this is the first time I can remember leaving a buffet feeling hungry.

Kseniia ZherdevaThe hotel is superb! Despite the exterior looking a bit dated from the street, inside it feels like you're in Italy, with high-quality furniture and appliances.
The entire staff is very friendly and caring. When we checked out, they escorted us to our taxi and helped with our luggage (there was a very kind gentleman). They even tracked down our lost driver, so we didn't have to search for him with our bags!
The breakfasts were great, with stations replenished regularly. You can also order coffee at the bar. I especially loved having breakfast in the garden! 😍
Our room was on the 9th floor with a sea view. I just wanted to sit on the balcony all the time and admire the view!
The only downside is that it's impossible to take a shower peacefully in the bathroom. The water leaks significantly and floods the floor, which is unsafe. You have to be very careful with the showerhead.

ElenaSkyEveryone chooses their own way to relax, and my family and I booked a room for one night. For us, that was enough. The hotel is beautiful with its grounds, the quiet, the sounds of nature – and that's probably all its advantages for me. The sea near the hotel was dirty and cold, though the beach was clean. My mom immediately hurt her foot in the sea because of hidden rocks. We quickly moved to the pool. We took some lovely photos and enjoyed the nature by the pool. It was convenient to get to the bungalows by buggy. The room itself was old; the doors were difficult to open, and the bathroom also turned out to be dangerous. My child hit their leg hard on the step around the tub when getting out – thankfully, no fracture. We applied cold and later went to dinner at the restaurant (the only one on site, where breakfast was also served). Dinner was a complete disappointment 🙈. My mom ordered shrimp in a rice flour flatbread, but there were no shrimp, and the flatbread itself was dry and didn't taste good! I had some horrible-tasting pork cartilage, and the meat on a stick wasn't impressive either. My child ordered a burger, which was a 3 out of 5, but at least he was full, unlike the rest of us 😅. If we had stayed at this hotel for several days, we would have been 100% hungry.
Next was bedtime. Since I have a child, we went to bed early. A loud noise scared us; we even thought someone had gotten into our room. It turned out to be either the neighbors across the hall or staff members coming to the door to move furniture. It was so loud that it made me truly appreciate the quiet of our city hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, varied, and filling.
Afterward, we walked to areas A and B (where the mineral pools and mud baths are located).
After check-out, we immediately headed into town. We didn't see the point in staying on the hotel grounds any longer, even though we could have stayed all day. Thanks, a one-day stay was great, as long as it didn't include dinner. But for several days? Definitely not.

Guest UserThe hotel is absolutely stunning, truly something out of this world. You get aesthetic pleasure both inside and out! The rooms are a bit tired, of course, but it's not critical, everything works.
The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is excellent: a large and fluffy duvet, comfortable pillows of different types, and silky linens. Nice slippers. A small complimentary item in the minibar, a nice touch.
Good, varied breakfast.
Now for the unpleasant parts:
You can't argue with nature, but the sea is teeming with plankton and jellyfish...
Service: This is a definite 3, bordering on a minus. The receptionists don't smile kindly or even try to help, at all. I've never encountered anything like it. On another attempt during peak hour at reception, there was only one lady. Something is definitely wrong with the management there.
Furthermore, I ordered room service. It was a 'complicated' order: two burgers, one Caesar salad, beer, and water. They brought the burgers, a Seven-Up, and water. Then they ran to exchange the Seven-Up for beer, but completely forgot about the Caesar salad. Luckily, they didn't charge me for it! But there are many poets, yes, all in gold.

Guest UserA nice hotel right by the sea. Beach towels are always provided. While sun loungers are limited, the intense heat meant we didn't really want to sunbathe much anyway. Breakfast offers a good variety, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. The Russian-speaking receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful with everything, from booking taxis to assisting with ticket payments using a local Vietnamese card. Definitely the best choice for active travelers who don't want to just stay in their room, as it's conveniently located near shops, the beach, and local attractions.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

TevfikSaraçThe only good thing is that the room has a sea view. There is no hand soap even in the room’s bathroom.
I am not talking about shower jel or shampoo. There is no handsoap. Also in the other restrooms they use poor quality soap. Restroom cleaning also shocked me.
The restaurant was a completely disappointed. There is definitely not enough variety.. There was no salt, pepper or any sauce on the tables.
And I was almost burned. There is no protection between you and stove. While I am having my eggs hot oil pumped up on us. My arm got burned.
Also there was a weird water pumping or drain sound coming from the ceiling, and never stopped. I was in room 804. So this is my ideas. If you have any issues about such things… think carefully. This price not worth for this service.
Also I booked this hotel because it was written that I can check in early from 10am. Unfortunately I couldn’t they said 2pm is earliest I can check in and l left my belongings at the lobby and l had to join my tour by changing my clothes in the toilet :(
