The hotel is in a good location and parking is convenient

Nice location with room facing the river and balcony. Staff provided us with complimentary cookies when we purchased from the mini bar for something to eat in the middle of the night

They have everything you need. Room service has been cancelled due to covid but you can order and pick up in restaurant.

The hotel is just by the river leading to the Falls. It is a 10 - 15 min scenic walk along the river to the Falls. American breakfast is decent. Recommended.

Excellent location, within walking distance to the waterfall. Very convenient hotel. The gym is also very good. It is in the basement. The configuration is reasonable. However, there are ants in the room. The biscuits provided by the hotel were full of ants after one night. I felt very uncomfortable.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The price is just over 2,000 per night, which is not as good as the standard of domestic three-star hotels. The hotel facilities are old, the sanitary conditions are relatively poor, the sound insulation is poor, the room is dim, there is only a floor lamp, a bedside lamp, and a broken bulb. The remote control, body lotion, and bedside lampshade are all covered with dust. This room on the second floor does not have central air conditioning. Moreover, when I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the lowest floor of the second floor, facing the ceiling of the first floor door.
