Top Hotels in Nice with Spas

The rooftop with view and swimming pool is absolutely sublime, it is very pleasant, the staff is very careful and small care, only negative point, the spa is slightly disappointing, The facilities are old, not very well decorated and lighted, it doesn't value the spa, it lacks a jacuzzi but the spa staff is super top, and they make the best massage. The best 5 stars in Nice are in a price-quality-level! And the fact that not being at the sea front, but we are still not far from 10 minutes walk and the ballade is very nice, is really offset by the rooftop that is the best point of the hotel.

We stayed here in July. Booked two rooms - a superior room facing the promenade and a regular room with a city view. The sea facing room had a fantastic view but very tiny. The regular room was on the 5th floor. Had views of the mountains/hills and was massive. I was so worried prior to checking in given the bad reviews here. I noticed though that for some reason most Nice hotels have bad reviews! I had nothing to worry about at all. We arrived before 2PM and had our room right away. No issues with rude staff whatsoever. And no noise issues with the sea-facing room either. The only issue is it's a bit of a walk to the Old Town and the train station (uphill and doing this twice a day is quite tiring). But seriously I was in Nice for a week and I don't think I'll trade his hotel for any other hotel. Nice, further up closer to the train station, wasn't quite as ”charming and lovely” as having views of the promenade.

The hotel was fine, check in was smooth and hassle free, just as the check out. The Receptionist at check out (Silvia) was very helpful and managed to pull my Marriott Bonvoy subscription although I didn't have my membership card number with me, unfortunately as my booking was done by travel agency, I didn't get the points for that stay (5 days) 😔😕. The rooms were quite spacey, shower was decent but no bathtub (not a big deal) but there were a balcony which was a plus 😍 In room : Biggest problem was the Air conditioning (stuck at 24 C) we were told that this was as per regulations for EU power consumption. And there were no Iron as well. Breakfast was quite OK for me, but I have seen much better in 5 Star hotels. The location of restaurant with sea view was wonderful. The Bar was just next to reception desk... At night it was very loud (one can hardly hear a conversation with his fellows once passing by that area) also the smell was not favorable (specially if you are not into alcoholic beverages ). Elevators were not fully operational, and at certain times one had to wait for 5 minutes to get into it. All in all the stay was pretty good and I enjoyed it a lot

Very good location, right at the foot of Castle Hill. It is also very convenient to go to the old town, it takes only 2 or 3 minutes to walk. Approximately 30 minutes from the airport taxi, 36 euros. The hotel is very compact, the corridor is relatively narrow, but the room size is ok, I booked a twin room, and took the initiative to help me put the two beds together when checking-in, and also added a small free for my child bed. Couple with sofa and desk, not particularly cramped. The bathroom is large and clean. Just the towel drying rack is broken. The room was fairly clean, but there was no free bottled water, and the charged mini-bar had snacks and wine. Did not see the electric kettle. Breakfast is relatively simple, there is no extra charge for children, bread, sausage, bacon, yogurt, tea and coffee, fruits, that's about it. Overall, the price / performance ratio is not bad, but I still feel that there is a gap with the standard of four stars.

Reception was shocking, everytime we needed assistance the wait was long and customer service not good, no one could be bothered. Small bar not a problem but no stock not even ice. The indoor pool was a good size but guest were allowed to walk in and out through the dining area wet with no shoes on straight into the lift. There seemed to be a lot of young people and familes being housed there, again not a problem but there was no hotel experience or service for the paying guest. The rooms were really nice and clean lots of space but the night we arrived one guest had been beaten up and had to be attended to by paramedics and police. Not sure how they got in as needed key card to enter lift. The saving grace for me was the roof terrace and pool, good space, lovely pool and the fact that were english and the weather was hot for us we had the whole area to ourselves as it was to cold for everyone else. The train runs almost directly behind the hotel which is cheap and a good way to travel in and out of the center. I would not stay here again.

Art in every corner. There is no better way to describe Le Windsor hotel in Nice. All the hotel's spaces are fantastic, starting with the garden (jungle), a relaxing space to have breakfast, dinner or just enjoy a drink, watching the birds and listening to their song. My room had a unique design, with spectacular natural light. Another highlight is the fantastic location of the hotel, very close to the tramway and only a few minutes walk from Place Massena and the historic city centre. The reception, breakfast and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. I will come back without hesitation.

We stayed there in July and the rooms are very clean. They are furnished in an inviting and comfortable way. Some rooms have an outdoor balcony, which is a wonderful bonus. Access to the pool next door at the Splendid Hotel, with spectacular views, is another bonus. The Breakfasts are Very Delicious! They offer scrambled eggs and bacon and a wide variety of fabulous cheeses, fresh fruits, and charcuterie. There are cereals, breads and juices, croissants and cakes, and all kinds of coffee, in a very charming Breakfast room, with a very attentive Breakfast staff. And the Reception staff are the kindest, especially Eric, Gaelle, Fareed, and others, who are always welcoming, helpful, and totally professional. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This little and cozy hotel is located right at the center of Nice, on one of the main streets. However, the rooms are not too noisy, which provided us with a good quality of sleep. The breakfast, though not huge, was more than enough and had a good quality. The room was spatious and comfortable. The only downside was the price. I understand that the location comes with its costs, but for me the price was too expensive for the hotel it was. Even so, I enjoyed my stay there and everything went well, specially considering it was not a short stay (4 nights).

The hotel room is very small, the windows are small, and there is no balcony. The room is newly decorated and tasteless, the bedding is very good, the bed is comfortable to sleep on, the bath water is small, the bathroom is small, and the washstand is cramped. There is no pool and the gym is small. The breakfast is semi-buffet, the taste is not bad, and the choice is small. The service staff are enthusiastic.

New residence, very clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. The accommodations with balconies face south with a view of the pedestrian square. The other buildings (mainly offices) obstruct the noise from the nearby airport. Slightly limited crockery equipment; fridge too small, you have to do the shopping often. Far from the beaches and the city center, you have to take tram line 2 to get there (nearest beach Carras 10 minutes by tram, less busy than those in the center); city ​​center 25 - 30 min by tram. Close to transport: new Nice-St Augustin station (TER to Cannes / Antibes / Grasse / Nice city / Monaco / Menton) 300m away; “Grand Arénas” tram stop 300m away; Bus station for the west of the department (Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, hinterland) 500m away. No nearby business; the nearest supermarket is 600m away, Phoenix Park next door. ”Interparking nouvelle'R” parking nearby, but not very practical for SUVs and larger cars due to narrow passages.
