It’s decent for a budget hotel, clean/comfortable enough. What made me return for another stay was the staff - so helpful, happy and polite. Made to feel welcome and genuinely like to help. So if you’re looking for somewhere friendly this is your place!

Spent a week at the Apollo in order to visit historical sites to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Operation Market Garden. The hotel is well situated, a five minute walk from the railway station. A friendly welcome and easy check in. The room was clean,comfortable and well equipped, suited us just fine . ( I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that). The hotel has plenty of bars, cafés and shops close by. The city of Nijmegen is very nice, a very friendly vibe. The whole week was very nice, I enjoyed it very much. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable room at a good price. Thank you.

Stayed here for one night whilst on a business trip as usual hotel was fully booked due to walking festival being on in this week . Reception is basic but very helpfull and room on secound floor facing city was good size clean comfy beds wifi good shower good bathroom is small though . Location is excellent right in town a little noisey in evening but not bad and festival was on . No life so you have to bring your cases up . Breakfast basic cold food but plentiful overall not bad stay if you want a basic clean hotel room central with air con

Het was een verblijf zonder poespas. Precies wat je mag verwachten. Basisvoorzieningen zijn in orde. Prima bed, nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel, etc. De locatie, in het centrum, is top. Bij een eventueel volgend verblijf in Nijmegen is dit hotel zeker weer een optie.

Stayed for one night in Apollo hotel, which is very centrally located in the old city centre and close to public transport in Nijmegen. The hotel interiors appeared rather dull and run down, room was basic and old fashioned, however facilities were working. Breakfast service was uneventful.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect, maar dat is dus een tweesnijdend zwaard. Dicht bij een ondergrondse parking, je loopt zo het centrum in, er zijn veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden op wandelafstand. Maar dan moet je er ook de feestgeluiden van de weekendnachten bij nemen. Er zijn kamers aan de achterkant van het hotel beschikbaar. Oordopjes liggen op het nachtkastje. Er is ook geen lift, maar het hotel heeft dan ook maar twee verdiepingen. Het hotel is eveneens nogal gehorig. Ik kon de ventilator van mijn buren horen draaien wanneer ze een douche namen. De kamer (nummer 25) en badkamer deden wat ze moesten doen, maar zijn wel een beetje versleten: lekkende douchedeur, barstjes in de verf, de raamfolie is niet meer perfect. De lobby is niet bijzonder gezellig, maar volstaat voor het vrij uitgebreide ontbijt (warme croissants!). Alle personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Een beetje raar is dat je bij aankomst je verblijf al meteen moet betalen.

Prima stadshotel. Parkeren dichtbij in parkeergarage. Echt begin van de stad. Alles heerlijk op loopafstand. Kamer en badkamer prima. Aan de voorkant hoor je heel goed de geluiden van de straat en het uitgaansleven, maar dat past bij de locatie. Ontbijt is prima.
