Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, kamer was ruim met uitzicht op het park, eigen toegangsdeur ‘‘s avonds, goed ontbijt werd continue aangevuld. Al met al prettig verblijf, reden om hier een x weer te komen.

We verbleven hier een nachtje in een standaard kamer. Centrum op loopafstand. Parkeergarage Kelfkensbos is ook op loopafstand (gereduceerd tarief via hotel). Prima ontbijt met veel keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is iets gedateerd, maar je betaald dan ook niet de hoofdprijs. Wel tijdig melden dat je na 17.00 denkt te arriveren omdat ze dan met een sleutelkastje werken (hotel vraagt hier voorafgaand aan het verblijf ook zelf om). Wij konden al eerder op de dag (11:30 uur) de sleutel vast ophalen / bagage achterlaten / kamer was nog niet schoon - maar fijn dat dit zo kon. Wil je uitzicht op de Waal, let dan op welke kamer je boekt. Er zijn er met uitzicht, maar de goedkopere kamers hebben zoals de onze uitzicht op niks (lees aarden wal / struiken). Wij brachten toch weinig tijd op de kamer door, dus voor ons geen probleem. Het enige dat we graag anders hadden gezien is de lakens op het bed: die blijven niet goed op het matras liggen. Door 's nachts woelen kan het laken los komen. (Matras ook niet voorzien van molton) Wij hadden twee losse bedden en een van ons lag 's ochtends deels op het matras zelf. Niet hygiënisch. Maar voor de rest dus prima hotel tegen aantrekkelijke prijs en lekker ontbijt, met alles op loopafstand. En is verbonden met Velorama (fietsmuseum). Je kunt er ook fietsen huren.

Charming and very comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. Centrally located and convenient to sites. However, our room was located up 2 flights of steep narrow stairs. If you are in anyway impaired make sure and ask for an accessible room!

Very bad expérience. My room was with cobwebs and my bathroom filled with mold. I changed 3 rooms but it was all even worst. Thé was a Big plate of Fried chicken in thé last room i was offered. After i complaint to Martjin the manager ,he agreed to refund my stay. A month later he wrote and said he wasn't going to pay back . I find it very hard to believe a manager of a hotel will write emails of such bad maners. Run away from this hotel and incase you happen to be in thésame situatiin do not leave there without any prove of your refund. If you booked through an agency call them directly and report thé incident immédiately.

Vriendelijke ontvangt, Martijn is behulpzaam. Wandelen naar het stadscentrum is een paar minuten. Kamers zijn prima, airconditioning werkt uitstekend. Douches schoon maar gedateerd. Geen geluidsoverlast van het feest langs de rivier.
