The room with the Lake view is great. With car park . The main building the common area has no hot water. Overall the food is great and enjoy very much the conventional ryokan.

Pension was cosy, clean and well equipped. Bath includes onsen. breakfast and dinner can be arranged with the host for a reasonable charge. It is quite a walk from the bus stop with rather uneven road if you have wheeled luggage. Owner was nice to give us a ride out (at her convenience) to the bus stop. View from room of Mt nantai is lovely and it is convenient to visit the waterfalls...especially yudaki which was the best in my opinion.

Standard family owned Ryokan by elders. Dinner and breakfast are delicious and enjoyable. Cleanliness could be improved Worth the price.

House in traditional style. there is everything you need. Very warm blankets, there is a gas heater. Free thermos of hot water and tea. A kind housewife who prepares homemade food. You can order breakfast and dinner. Thank you)

It's just an ordinary B&B. Don't expect too much from the hardware. The hotel is in a good location, right by the lake. The Japanese tatami can sleep three people. There are public toilets and bathrooms. The B&B is run by an old couple. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the room, but the temperature in August is around 18 degrees. It doesn't need air conditioning. It is recommended to book dinner here for 2,500 yen per person. The Japanese cuisine made by the old couple is rich in variety and worth the money. There is a self-service laundry shop five or six minutes away from the B&B. It costs 700 yen to use an S-size machine from washing to drying (the self-service laundry shop is behind the Hanaan Hotel at the T-junction)

I highly recommend the Treasure B&B. It is in a great location with a lake view. It is very clean. The food cooked by the grandma and grandpa is delicious. It is cost-effective. It is recommended to order dinner. Most restaurants are closed at night. I highly recommend Nikko.
