This is a small, purely Japanese-style inn in Hakone. It is said to have been the villa of Baron Okura Kihachiro (?). A large rock on the site of the former villa serves as the entrance to this inn. We stayed with a group of 11 people, including three generations of a family, including infants, toddlers, and elementary school children, and the staff were extremely helpful. We had a comfortable stay. They prepared dinner in a separate room and meals for the toddlers, which were delicious and very satisfying. We were also able to use the private family bath for free, which was very popular with the girls. Next time we'd like to relax with a smaller group.
