Superbe hôtel ! Je m’y suis arrêtée 1 nuit, mais j’y serai bien restée plus longtemps. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le petit déjeuné est complet et incroyablement bon ! Le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients. J’y retournerai avec plaisir !

Hôtel méritant un bon coup de fraîcheur, mais personnel au petits soins pour vous, petit-déjeuner plus trop au goût du jour, mais par contre repas du soir parfait. Un grand merci à Claire pour son sourire et son professionnalisme... En bref prix parfaitement justifié, vivement les rénovations

Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Demande de caution à l arrivée.... De peur que nous partions en pleine nuit... La restauration est à revoir pour un hôtel comme celui ci. On sent l'optimisation maximum du produit... Mieux vaut aller à l'ibis juste à côté !

Horrible experience. It was 35C outside and at least 40C in our room. The aircon seemed to be stuck on heating. The room was old and shabby. No way this is a 4* hotel. We were informed on arrival that the restaurant was closed for 2 weeks (annual closure). Staff were friendly though.

Claire a rendu notre séjour agréable et à compenser le côté irrespectueux, condescendant et hautain de ce monsieur qui se prend pour dieu parce que c'est son frère le patron de l'établissement. Hypocrite au possible avec son sourire ,il n'a rien à faire au contact des clients pas surpris de voir personnes au resto pendant notre séjour.

Fantastique sejour au grand Hotel de Nîmes, le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine est un véritable moment de bonheur. Et le digestif dans leur bar lounge avec tellement de rhums differents, seul bemol, le barman qui n’arretait pas de nous parler alors que nous voulions de la detente et du bien etre.
