作為一般五星酒店來説的這裏的設施服務絕對是ok的。但是作為柏悦來説，真的設施差老破舊。看上去臟兮兮，沒法怪打掃人員，是實在太舊了。電視機簡直是老古董。訂單上的泡浴活動，還被告知需要提早預約，無法使用。也不給客人個安撫的話語。能拒就拒。能推就推。…其它服務人員沒啥問題。

給女兒過生日，又去了柏悦，給升級了房型送了蛋糕和佈置。酒店環境一如既往的好，天氣不好泡泡酒店就很舒服。服務整體不錯，但是接駁車等待時間過久，早餐咖啡第一天上成了茶，第二天等上的時候都快吃完了，不過酒店態度很好也重視問題，這點不錯。

酒店坐落在美麗的東錢湖畔，寧靜而優雅，讓人能夠全身心地放鬆，入住的新房間寬敞舒適，前台Eden辦理入住手續高效快捷，Nancy耐心地為我介紹酒店的各項設施和服務。客房服務人員也非常友好，泳池清澈乾淨，救生員姜師傅服務非常到位，SPA經理吳小姐服務熱情，理療師手法嫻熟

設施：酒店開業很多年了，部分設施確實稍微有點老舊，這次升級了豪華園景房，房間剛剛翻新，稍微有點味道，淋浴頂噴水巨大。最後一天提出想延遲退房，小姐姐也很貼心的給延遲了。
衞生：還算乾淨
環境：無邊水池映襯着東錢湖還是很驚艷的，也是我覺得酒店最美的一個景，可惜天公不作美
服務：有求必應，提個小意見的話，客房服務接電話不太及時，有時候要打好幾次才會接。
酒店送的旅拍，攝影師拍的很認真，免費送三張，加錢又沒了個套餐，體驗了一把漢服，不錯。

第一次純泡酒定 非常舒服 房間很大很舒服 窗外就是東錢湖的美景 酒店工作人員服務非常周到 早餐太值得一提了 一直到10:30 每道菜品都很驚艷 第一次期待酒店的早餐。泳池很乾凈，淋浴很舒服有温水池 有桑拿房，桌球、乒乓球室也是景觀房。非常好的體驗！
