訂的時候是開元曼居，入住後實則為新紅幫酒店，酒店裝修，設施整體較老，關鍵是衞生條件不過關，一開始的房間味道較大，後來換了房間，稍微好一些，態度是好的。

房間面積挺大，有一張大雙人床，一張單人床，床墊睡着挺舒適。另有躺椅。酒店地理位置不錯，靠近奉化萬達，交通便捷。
