房間：房間環境不錯，有私湯，水很暖和，温度什麼的都可以自己調節，房間還配了水果，可以邊泡湯邊吃。
服務：酒店整體的服務都非常不錯，前台響應及時，酒店裡的服務人員都熱情禮貌。
貼身管家：貼身管家是蔣鵬友，出發之前就加了微信提前發了注意事項。入住後還送了晚安牛奶和銀耳羹，很温馨。
其他：酒店門口有自行車租借，可以借一輛在河邊騎騎，看看風景，感覺不錯。

整體服務很贊，和同事一起來度假，酒店地方很大，草坪綠茵茵的，入住當天看到有新人在舉行草坪婚禮。服務人員都很熱情，都能主動打招呼。訂的房間是帶温泉票，體驗感很好，泡温泉非常的愜意。早餐也非常豐盛，有現磨的豆漿和廚師阿姨現場做的手工包子。住店過程中碰到任何事情，貼心的樓管家都能及時解決，離開時還收到了小禮物，真心滿意，下次有機會還會再二刷的酒店。
