酒店服務蠻好的，入住前會有專人聯繫，還有管家會諮詢要求。我們預訂的別墅房間，一棟棟是獨立的，私隱性很好，衞生也不錯。空調給力，冬天一點不冷。就是酒店餐飲一般般，吃了鄭家小廚，口味很一般，建議大家出去吃。臨近聖誕節，酒店開始佈置了，還給獅子帶上帽子，好可愛。

The room is nice and the environment is elegant. The whole hotel is in the village. I experienced Hanfu and rubbings, and felt the warm days back in the village. The housekeeper Xianxian is always on call and the service is in place. It is a good place for leisure and vacation.

來了很多次了，一期二期都住過，每次都有不一樣的體驗，房間很乾凈，這次住的小別墅裡外的環境很好，小管家仙仙的服務很到位，有問必答，及時響應需求，早餐種類多，吃的不錯，裏面有遊樂場，還有扎染和畫扇子體驗活動，非常適合親子游，整體感覺很滿意
