This hotel is close to the main attractions, shopping areas and nice restaurants. All are walking distance from this hotel. The hotel got all the basic necessities, the staff are helpful and friendly. There's a convenient store next to the hotel which is really convenient and they got a robot to drop off when you order take out.

Great location and staff! Attentive to our needs and somehow we never feel like we’ll go hungry here. Special shout out goes to the lady who kindly helped us to place an order for food delivery (it was cold and pouring outside) - much appreciated! Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for accommodations in Ningbo ☺️

The hotel is very nice and the decor is of a high standard. I felt the room was a little stuffy and air con was a little.difficult to adjust.

Very big room and gorgeous breakfast. Disappointed at dinner time. We wanted to eat at western restaurant but we were told it was closed, then we were said it was entirely booked for some university convention. We asked reception and they said it was closed and that we could have dinner at Chinese restaurant.. Well, I was not expecting this especially as room rate is not cheap compared to others and they only have two restaurants in total. I can understand dinner buffet to be closed on certain days but not a la carte. If space was rented out a solution would have been to ask us to seat somewhere else ( café for example) and order a la carte cause the kitchen should not be closed in a 5 star hotel. Tip for the early morning : if you plan to leave by car, consider leaving in advance as nearby street is high traffic

The hotel is in yinzhou district near CBD. The hotel are clean and some of the reception can speak English. The food are good.

Easy check in, stay included car park (if you have one). Helpful staff with questions. English is a bit limited though. Phone translations work fine though:) Area might be more suitable for business than tourism / sightseeing. Though very close to metro.

Xinzhi Hotel is located at No. 215 Yongfeng West Road, Haishu District, Ningbo City. It was once a state guesthouse in Ningbo, almost household name. The hotel has four main buildings in the north and west, of which three buildings in the north and west are guest rooms. The front desk is in the east building and the restaurant is in the west building. There are corridors in the south building. The south building is a sports fitness building. Stayed in the East Building last night, the rooms were clean and tidy, the space was large enough, and the staff was polite. The most profound image is: the buffet breakfast is rich in variety, with more distinctive freshly-copied sesame biscuits, and a variety of freshly ground coffee such as cappuccino. For the 48 yuan standard buffet breakfast, it is really good value for money, higher than the same standard high-star hotel. The self-operated swimming pool has clear water quality and a pool length of 25 meters. In all high-star hotels in Ningbo, it feels like it should be ranked in the top three. The only fly in the ointment is that the dressing room is a bit smaller.

It was my first time to stay at Atour, and I specifically chose a newly opened S series hotel. The actual experience was better than I expected. All the details were thoughtful and in line with the needs of young people today, such as the alcohol wipes beside the smart toilet. , disposable paper cups, disposable wooden stirring sticks. The sink is large, suitable for putting your own toiletries and cosmetics. There are makeup mirrors, washroom mirrors, and full-length mirrors that can turn on the lights. The breakfast was surprisingly good. You can eat local freshly cooked pasta and freshly stir-fried vegetables. Although there are not many varieties, they are all very tasty. You can go out feeling full every day. The staff at the hotel give people a very warm feeling from check-in to check-out. They are not a cold service model. If you have any needs, they can give a very satisfactory answer immediately. The temperature in the room and the bedding are very comfortable. When I stayed in other five-star hotels before, I always woke up from the heat, but Atour's bedding is very suitable for the needs of Chinese people. It is not too soft and scary. The memory pillow is so comfortable that I can get off it right away when I check out. Bought one alone. There is also a self-service laundry service, gym, and laundry in the hotel. It is also free. After climbing the mountain, my pants were dirty, so I came here to experience it. The washing and drying are separated, which is easy to operate. The washed pants are smooth and soft.

I recently stayed at Nanyuan Hotel during my visit to Ningbo, and I must say, I was impressed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complementary bowl of fruits on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering complementary yogurt during my stay. The breakfast spread was good, although I would have preferred more western food options. Unfortunately, when I visited, they had run out of fried bacon. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. I also appreciated the option of a late check-out, which allowed me to leave after 1 PM. Overall, I would recommend Nanyuan Hotel to anyone visiting Ningbo. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the complementary extras were a nice touch. I would definitely consider staying here again, provided the price is right. Apologies about my photos, I remembered to take them only when I was a bout to check out.

I saw in the reviews that the Marriott Hotel has an excellent location and excellent service, so I chose the Ningbo Marriott to stay. It really lived up to my expectations. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. From the concierge at the door, I ran over to open the door to pick up my luggage, and went to the lobby with the golden key. The service manager Xiao Guo gave warm greetings and introduced the surrounding attractions of the hotel. The young lady who checked in at the front desk was also very professional and enthusiastic. Later, Xiao Cao from the concierge helped me carry my luggage. In the elevator, he introduced us to the hotel’s gym and swimming pool Chinese restaurant. When we got to the room, I asked him where to eat at one of the more popular restaurants in Ningbo. The young man helped us recommend Yongshang Mingzao, Zhuangyuanlou, Mr. Shui, and Ningdong Banquet, I finally chose to go to Mr. Shui. The dishes are good and have Ningbo characteristics. The room attendants are very considerate, clean and provide enthusiastic service. When we left the next day, we met Xiao Cao who was working the early shift again because he bought a lot of Ningbo specialties and wanted to send them away. Xiao Cao helped us send express delivery and called a taxi for us to take us away warmly. The five-star Ningbo Marriott Hotel The service is definitely worthy of the reputation. I will choose Ningbo Marriott Hotel next time I travel.
