房間佈置的很温馨，停車較方便，位置離景區較近。

設施新，房間面積大。乾淨衞生，在小鎮旺地，餐廳晚餐還不錯，不提供早餐，周邊用餐方便，停車方便，服務好。缺點是紅葉旺季期間價格高。

必須給方塘人家一個大大的好評！
1、住宿。房間是新裝修的，但沒有一點異味，房間內的被褥都很新，非常乾淨，房間都是臨河，透過大大的落地窗，可以看到外面的風景。
2、餐飲。方塘人家的餐飲出乎我們的預料。首先口味非常好，可以説是兩天皖南之行吃過的飯店中口味最好的一家。第二是性價比高，與吃過的另兩家相比，價格最合理。而且老闆非常大方，我們把竹筍燒肉裏的竹筍吃完了，請老闆再加點竹筍，老闆都沒有另外收錢。
3、厚道。我們同行的住在另一個比較遠的酒店，因為喝了酒無法開車，老闆主動提出開車送他們回酒店。解決了我們的後顧之憂。
選擇方塘人家絕對是明智之舉。如果還有機會再去方塘，一定還會再住方塘人家。

離紅杉林很近，開車過去五分鐘就到。酒店比較新，乾淨温馨，設施齊全。老闆娘人很熱情周到，我提前跟她打招呼説我們還有多少時間到我們是電車，她就留了充電車位給我們。照她自己的説法，有問題找我，我幫你解決，是個不錯的選擇

酒店設施非常新，鋪草非常舒服，特點一：菜燒得好，重點推薦魚頭紅湯；特點二：位置好，斜對面鄉政府可以停車，去紅杉林非常方便，7點不到可以在酒店門口坐公交，三站路就到；
