因為對大品牌的信賴，選擇了喆啡，首先酒店的前台服務就像是沒有經過培訓的小旅館配備的前台，太差了，其次不管是前台還是客房，再出現問題時第一時間不是向客人致歉，而是推卸責任，真的很無語。第三次入住，不知道以後還應不應該選擇你們了
