接待小喻特別熱情，提前瞭解有沒有小朋友，聽説三人入住還幫忙拼床，升級了帶有超大陽台的，湖景房，申請了單人温泉票優惠，服務特別好～温泉也不錯，人不是特別多，水温剛好，點贊，還會再來

哇，剛從湖南灰湯職療温泉度假基地回來，真心覺得這個地方太棒了！温泉水暖暖的，泡在裏面感覺整個人都放鬆了。水裡好像有很多礦物質，泡完皮膚滑滑的，感覺特別舒服。環境也超級好，四周都是綠樹，空氣清新得不得了，感覺肺都被洗了一遍。
特別想提一下大堂接待的小喻，她的服務真的讓我印象深刻。從我一進門，她就熱情地迎接我，幫我辦理入住手續，還給我詳細介紹了温泉的各種設施和活動。她的笑容特別温暖，讓人感覺就像回到家一樣。不管我有什麼問題，她總是耐心解答，讓我的整個旅程都變得更加愉快。
那邊的工作人員也特別友好，服務態度真心不錯。每次有問題，他們都會耐心解答，笑容滿面，讓人感覺很親切。温泉區的設施也很齊全，各種池子都有，想怎麼泡就怎麼泡。特別是那個室內水療區，按摩得我都不想起來了。
總之，這次旅行真的很放鬆，感覺整個人都煥然一新。下次有機會，我還會再去的，也推薦給朋友們，真的是個放鬆身心的好地方！如果你們去，一定要找小喻，她的服務絕對會讓你的體驗更上一層樓！

房間很大，前台服務員特意打電話通知了到達時間房間安排，服務很周到很貼心，還送了小果盤，讓疲憊一掃而光。早餐種類也是很豐富，環境還可以再改造一下，比如放一點舒心的音樂🎶，刀叉🍴也可以準備幾把，畢竟也有西餐。
温泉的地方很舒適，有兩個池子水温都很好，很適合孩子們玩耍，山上還在裝修，不過下面的池子也已經很多。下次還會再來

45年前，父親帶着年幼的我去灰湯療養院住了一個星期，那是我第一次泡温泉，第一次吃到咕嚕肉。這次帶着91歲的老父親82歲的老母親故地重遊。雖説昔日的住所已不在，但灰湯職工療養院的熱情細心的服務給我們帶來了非常美好温暖的體驗。感謝前台秋秋，小李還有其他工作人員！下次有機會再去寧鄉，一定再住灰湯職工療養院！
