On this trip to Nha Trang, my family and I chose An Lam. This is a very correct decision. The hotel has an elegant environment, rich activities, and the service staff are warm and friendly. Special thanks to our housekeeper Thom, a beautiful and lovely little girl, for taking good care of us and specially preparing a birthday cake for My husband, so that we could spend this unforgettable three-day holiday!

Although the hotel is located in Ninh Van Bay, the water quality is not good
The hotel rooms are OK, but the infrastructure is not well done. In the morning, I saw renovation workers everywhere, as if they were building new villas. (But this hotel has been open for many years, and the new villa is being built next to our room, not in a new area) The construction noise in the hotel is loud, and we are lucky to rest, and there are many workers, which seems unsafe (the key is that the hotel room cannot be locked)
The hotel soundproofing is very poor. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the next room was playing DJ and having a party. I almost collapsed. Although I complained and it was improved, the subsequent housekeeper did not follow up and did not give feedback. I feel that the management is still a little bit lacking.
The hotel is very primitive, and you can see many wild animals, but there are also many mosquitoes.
The meals are relatively expensive, and there is only one restaurant
The speedboat is shabby.

가격 대비 호텔 시설, 위치, 서비스가 개선 되어야 합니다.
조식은 괜찮았으나 음식 종류가 많았으면 합니다.
섬에 들어오고 나가는 보트에 에어컨 시설도 갖췄으면 합니다.
룸 컨디션은 에어컨이 약하고, 방충이 잘 되어 있지 않았습니다.
스노클링도 호텔에서 할 수 있는 게 아니고 배타고 30분을 타고 들어가야하고요. 이건 호텔 시설 홍보에 병기해주셨으면 합니다.
호텔은 좋은데, 저 가격이라면 다시 오고 싶지 않습니다.

나짱 시내에서도 선착장까지는 거리가 있는 편입니다 선착장 도착시간을 전달했는데 확인메일이 오지 않아 트립닷컴쪽에도 연락하고 결국 이전숙소 호텔직원의 도움을받아 확답을 들을수 있었네요 배타고 15분쯤 지나면숙소가 나타나는데 그동안 걱정은 싸그리잊을 정도의 풍경들이 펼쳐집니다 호텔로 음식물 반입이 안되고 음식값이 베트남치고는 비싼편입니다 하지만 그이상의 친절함과 자연경관이 전혀 후회없는 시간들을 보낼수 있었습니다
