Good food and good service.

Tam Ha (one of the staffs) had assisted us throughout our stay. Easy to communicate. We reached the hotel around 7am and they let us rest in the massage room while waiting for the check-in time (2pm). At 10am - room was ready for us to check-in. She even upgraded our room and thus, we had bathtub 🥰. They lent us a steamer for us to iron our clothes. Bicycles available to stroll around town (free) and motorcycles available for rent at 60k dong for half day. They even had so many services which sadly we had no time to experience. We did try the complimentary tea time and it was nice to hv a chat at the rooftop with such perfect view. I would recommend this hotel. Service 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha even personally came to our room to check on us so that we didn’t miss our flight on the check-out day. The other staffs were also friendly and kind. They assisted us promptly. Technician helped to fix our room telephone and carry our baggage. Everything went perfectly well and this had contributed to our great time in Ninh Binh.

I enjoy the food and breakfast. Quiet and clean .the room is big ,good service and passion.

We really liked it here. A beautiful hotel, an aesthetic bar, the view from the window was a little disappointing, towards the swamp, but such a location... the center is coca, where all the cafes are 5 minutes by bike. The staff solved any questions, a very hospitable place! Free sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast is good. They gave us a nice new bike to rent.

The sound of the bed creaking, there is something like sand on the floor, there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the floor is very slippery...

The receptionists are great. The facilities are a bit neglected.

Was an amazing stay at Lalita, very refreshing after our not so great few nights at a home stay. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, Trang (the customer service manger) was very attentive and make our stay go so smoothly! Hot tubs, movie rooms, massages and a great complimentary breakfast were all part of our awesome stay here! Definitely recommend!

Great location and a beautiful hotel. Our room was delightful and design, plenty of room, and it just added to the loveliness of visiting Vietnam. We had dinner one evening, which was excellent and breakfast every morning was over the top. Everyone of the staff was delightful and went out of the way to make us comfortable, so thank you Mr Hau Nguyen. Our heartfelt thanks go to Phuong Pham and Trang-Wendy, both who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and welcoming with their smiles, made our stay quite special.

I had a wonderful stay in Lalita. Restaurant staff on 5th floor is amazing. Trang was very professional and nice. Food was great and most of all the staff is very nice. Hotel is great place to stay and rooms are very nice. Location is not too far from the strip. Overall i recommend anyone to try this boutique hotel. Rooms are very clean and nice. Thank you Lalita

Hotel was situated in the center between the city of Nihn Bihn and Tam Coc tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are large and kept very clean. Bike riding in the area past the town of Tam Coc leads to beautiful scenery.

This is our third visit to Ninh Binh, but our first stay at the Lalita Boutique Hotel. Wish we had booked this hotel on the last two visits. The hotel and especially the staff were fantastic. The room was large, modern and comfortable. It's a little of a walking distance to the centre of Tam Coc, but an easy walk, plus the benefits of restaurants and coffee shops on the way. You can get the free bikes from the hotel, but we enjoyed the walk. Nearby there are restaurants within five minutes from the hotel. Would I recommend this hotel. It's a definite yes, that is because of the staff, as we could not fault them. We'll done Lalita Boutique Hotel.
