Good, comfortable hotel, with very friendly staff. We arrived very early in the morning and got a complimentary early check in, that we really appreciated. Nice breakfast with local options, that we really loved. Nice rooftop bar with a swimming pool.

If you are looking for the perfect base to explore the stunning landscapes of Ninh Binh, look no further than Lalita Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a hotel and more like a refined home away from home. Exceptional Service The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. We were greeted by Phuong at the reception, whose warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming demeanor set the tone for our entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering local tips and genuine smiles that made us feel truly valued. Exploring on Two Wheels One of the highlights of our trip was taking advantage of the hotel's bicycles. Pedaling through the city and out into the surrounding countryside is, in our opinion, the absolute best way to take in the sights. The bikes were well-maintained and allowed us the freedom to discover hidden pagodas and limestone karsts at our own pace.

This was a very clean hotel! The front desk staff were also very friendly. I requested a massage on the evening of my stay, and they were able to book one for me just 30 minutes later. It was also very affordable, especially considering it was an in-house hotel massage. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Ninh Binh!

It's a four-star hotel, and it truly lives up to that. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and they have everything you need. The staff is lovely. I'd read that breakfast was sparse, but I didn't find that to be the case at all. It's a breakfast that offers options for every guest.

Hotel is quite nice, but is a little out of the way being about 30 minute walk to shopping in Tam Coc. Close enough to main attractions such as both Trang An and Tam Coc (river boats) and Mua Cave. A short Grab distance away. Good amenities, maintained to a standard, roof top bar, pool, spa, etc. The best part of the hotel are the staff. Amazing people, very friendly and super helpful with tours, trips and guides. We had the Junior Suite room, which was beautiful, but would have preferred the toilet door to have frosting the whole way. Being able to see your partner in the toilet would not suit some.

We got rooms with one King Bed and one extra Bed, instead of the booked room with Twin Beds. The extra bed was not useable, because the room is very small. We told them therefore to remove the extra bed.  There was a coakroach in the restroom, we don’t like that all! The water in the sink ran badly and it was leaking on the underside, so that the sewage ran to the floor, The view / balcony ist inside the building. There is also a new noisy construction yard at this side of the building. The personal was friendly.

The hotel is located by the road, but the car noise wasn't bothersome, although the windows faced the road. The room was quite cool; only the air conditioning, set to 29 degrees, helped, but it didn't start working immediately. The refrigerator wasn't functional, and the shower water was warm but not hot. Breakfast was good, and the staff was polite. Just a heads-up, the slippers are not disposable.

Was upgraded to a room with bathtub but it’s on the lower floor where I need to access via metal and wooden staircase. Toilet is also on lower floor and quite inconvenient for me at night. I also encountered quite a few bugs in the room maybe due the nature environment . The hotel shower equipment is hard to adjust to get right temperature. Quite disappointing. Overall the hotel is nice and the food is very delicious as I dined in the restaurant

Nice hotel. The massage and jacuzzi was good, although the rooftop pool did not seem so clean. The location feels a bit remote, although it is actually fairly close to the scenic spots. The breakfast and dinner was pretty good.

This hotel was a real mixed bag!  Some of the staff were exceptional whilst others definitely required more training; our balcony was left unlocked twice by the cleaning staff. Some of the drinks made in the bar were very poor and undrinkable. Reception staff were generally extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  The bar and pool area were grubby and there are definitely nicer choices in the area. The decor in the rooms and reception was very nice, but it was really let down by the pool and bar. There was also only 3 (conjoined) sun loungers by the pool for the whole hotel.  Bikes were free and accessible which was great, but the location wasn’t great and there was nowhere nice to eat or drink in the vicinity.
