Very traditional onsen hotel. It is a little old but generally serviceable, though there is a slight sulphur smell which is normal in such hotels. Hotel staff have excellent service levels. Dinner is not gourmet level for good value for money. The WiFi was intermittent which is unfortunate but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is located in Hot Spring Street with convenient transportation. The front desk of the hotel can speak fluent English and there is no problem in communication. Breakfast and dinner were also good. The room was very spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The price-performance ratio was high.

The location is in the middle of Noboribetsu Hot Spring Street. There is a convenience store diagonally opposite. For example, the drive to Hell Valley is about 5 minutes. The staff are polite, have a good service attitude, and are efficient. They helped lay out the tatami while we were dining. The location is convenient for transportation, close to Daonan Station, and there are convenience stores and souvenir shops nearby. The hotel has public and private baths, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Stay for two nights and have different choices of ingredients for breakfast and dinner. Worth staying again.

The hotel is located on the hot spring street, the location is good, opposite is Lawson supermarket. The hotel is a bit old, the occupancy rate should be quite high. The service is OK. The hot spring pool is not big.

It is about a 2-minute walk from Noboribetsu Onsen Bus Terminal. It's a location where you don't have to worry about taking the bus. There is a convenience store right in front of the accommodation, so it's great for buying snacks or alcohol, and there's also a drug store (Satsudora), so it's great for quick shopping. It is located at the entrance to the bear ranch, so be sure to visit the bear ranch. It's a really fun place. Hell Valley is not far away, so be sure to visit it. All the staff are friendly. If you don't speak Japanese, you can speak simple English, so you can communicate in English or use a translator app such as Papago. Although the facility is old, it did not give the impression that it was worn out and was well maintained. Instead of using the large public bath, I used the family bath (private bath) and it was very nice. If you want to use the family bath, you must make a reservation in advance via email on the website. The food is really delicious. I was worried that the amount would not be enough, but you can rest assured that the amount is not small at all. I was very satisfied, and I will definitely stay again if I ever go to Hokkaido again.

The town is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is very good overall, clean and friendly. It is close to the bus station, Jigokudani and the bear farm. The milky house is downstairs (the ice cream and cheese are super good). The Japanese dinner every day is great. What I am not used to is the Japanese breakfast. There is no bathroom in the room. You need to go to the hot spring on the first floor to take a bath (closed from 0:00-5:00 and 9:30-14:00). It should be noted that you can check in after 14:00

It was the best family trip. It's a small ryokan so it's not crowded, and the evening kaiseki and Japanese breakfast are the best. The hot spring is not large, but since the ryokan has only a small number of rooms, there are relatively few opportunities to meet other people, which means that there are many opportunities to use the hot spring itself as a private bath. ^^

It was nice, including a clean room... but it was disappointing that the open-air bath didn't look like an open-air bath.
