2 dagen voordat we dit hotel zouden bezoeken liep ons progamma uit , Ik probeerde 2 kamers anderhalve dag vóór aankomst te annuleren, maar ik vond geen gehoor. Ze waren echt niet volgeboekt,.. dus 1 kamer hadden ze coulance halve echt wel kunnen crediteren, maar nu hadden we 2 kamers verlies, jammer wordt volgende keer zeker een ander hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. The property was easily located. As soon as i reached the property the formalities were done in no time. I had booked a premium room. However, they upgraded it to executive room without even me asking for it. I really appreciate the gesture of upgrading the room by the hotel staff. Further, the room was really clean and all facilities were provided as mentioned on the makemytrip app. Loved the hotel. Staff were also very cooperative and friendly. Would highly recommend everyone to book the hotel.

Our stay was not good because of room’s washroom was smelling very bad unpleasant. Complained about the same twice. Not satisfactory resolution was not done

Very congested room, like wise insects or mosquitos spread-ed on floor, quality of toilet kit not at par, breakfast was basic, need to be improved, staff is ok. Location of property is good.

The stay was very good, we reached hotel a bit early as per the checkout time. But the hotel helped us to their fullest for an early check in. The manager on duty was very good
