Heads up to anyone living here
This morning, I came to Airport from the Hotel.
I was calling Uber but the security asked me that their taxi is outside and they can do the same price as Uber and I don't have to wait.
I said Ok and came to Airport and the driver asked me 3 times the Uber amount. This is how they scam here.

Staffs are so professional specially at the reception , hotel is located in decent place , I had shifted from hotel shanti palace to hotel aero star due to poor services and unhygienic room.
I like to thanks chef who made chicken chilly’ it was really delicious 😀
I would love to visit again when I come to Delhi.

Dirty toilet, no bucket mug in the room, no soap nothing in the toilet, gate of the toilet gets automatically locked weird staff

Don't know how is it rated such high. Terrible experience. Worse stay ever. Don't even stay if you're a bachelor. Worse rooms, stinking hotel in total

Hotel was 4 star but facilities are very bed no proper bedding no proper cleaning no proper amenities

No one greet over phone i plcaed many times in room service and never present bill for food so that i would come to know they are adding service charges, called reception also for fixing bathroom flush but no one bothered for, customer service seems like failure its just a business with money nothing else.
