Le personnel de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner est très professionnel, souriant et accueillant, bravo à eux. Malheureusement, l’hygiène dans la chambre 507 laisse à désirer : de nombreux cheveux non identifiés, un flexible de douche cassé, et un besoin de rafraîchissement général.

Très bon accueil de William, chambre spacieuse et propre, lit confortable, à la hauteur de mes attentes. Petit déjeuner correct, y'en a pour tous les goûts et restaurant sympa pour le dîner. Dans l'ensemble, très satisfait des équipes, au top !

Un accueil agréable à notre arrivée mais ensuite cela s’est détérioré. Ambiance froide du restaurant, petit déjeuner hors de prix (pas orange fraîche pressée), odeur de cuisine dans les chambres (au 6 em étage !), pas de possibilité de charger une voiture dans le parking …. et pas de sucrettes au restaurant. Choisir plutôt le restaurant Courte Paille accessible par les couloirs.

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil par williams. Chambre très propre avec un aperçu au loin de la Tour Eiffel et un très bon petit déjeuner au sein de l’enseigne. L’hôtel est bien situé. Je le recommande à 100% je et reviendrai à mon prochain passage sur Paris.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end,du 27 septembre, au Novotel Marne-La-Vallée Noisy-Le-Grand. Nous avons été au parc Disney et visité Paris. Le personnel est très aimable et fait tout pour que notre séjour soit extrêmement agréable. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre sourire à Diane et toute son équipe, stagiaires compris et également à Williams, qui se trouve vraiment dans son élément. Petit déjeuner est superbe, salé et sucré Hôtel impeccable, tout y est : piscine, salle de sport, et jeux pour petits et grands. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons chez vous. Nous avons fait un week-end rempli d'énergie avec plein de merveilleux souvenirs.
