Wir lieben das Hardenberg! Dies war unser (geschätzt) fünfter Aufenthalt und mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte. Zu unserer Freude waren trotz des Feiertages (Übernachtung 30.-31.10.2024) nicht viele Gäste anwesend, was für das Hotel natürlich nicht so gut, für uns aber super war. Im SPA waren wir diesmal ganz allein, der Whirlpool mit Blick auf die Burgruine war wieder wunderbar! Diesmal waren wir im Restaurant Novalis - sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr gutes Essen!

Ein wirklich besonderer Ort mit unvergleichlichem Charme! Der Service war herausragend – stets auf hohem Niveau und doch herzlich, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das kulinarische Erlebnis im Restaurant Novalis. Die Küche ist fantastisch, mit kreativen Gerichten, die bis ins Detail überzeugen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt – ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

We booked a romm where we could bring our two dogs and we had a very nice stay. The room was nice but a bit small for us. We could bring oor dods for the dinner and also for breakfast and that were perfect.

Wir haben die zwei Nächte sowie die zwei Abendessen im Hotel Hardenberg sehr genossen. Ein ausgesprochen hundefreundliches Hotel. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Immer wieder gerne.
