We stayed here for 3 nights , it was superb experience to stay here, rooms were clean and food we ordered was delicious. Overall it was a excellent experience at Ladner hotrl. Definitely we will come again to stay here, it is very close to Bagha Beach. Thanks Mr Vikash for kind help to find out local information 👍

Hi All, I am an avid traveller who covered 8 destinations for workations and leisure in last 7 months. I was in Goa for last 2 weeks. Stayed in amazing 3 and 4 star hotels in North and South Goa but then I did a mistake by looking at their photos and booking Lotus Sutra, Aarambol. This is the worst ever property, me and my wife came across in our travelling journey ever. Even BnB's or shack stays would have been better that Lotus Sutra. Except the view, everything they had is utter useless and baseless and I will share reasons with my post. I paid an amount to them for 2 N which was not even worth out stay which included breakfast and a sea view cottage. As we entered, we noticed that the staff and the reception people are not very welcoming, they literally have no interest in your quick seamless check-in. They are their just to do their job and not for great customer experience. Hopeless breakfast for vegetarians and worst menu ever. We ordered 3 things in veg and all were pathetic in taste. We asked for a match stick from the reception at night to light a candle in our room but nobody came and responded until 1 hour. We called again and we were told sorry sir we do not keep match sticks. Any 1 star hotel also would give or arrange a lighter or match stick from kitchen or keep it for their guests in a destination like Goa but this is not a cottage or a hotel but worst experience for anyone staying. We asked to extend our stay by like 30 mins or 1 hour as our flight was in the evening but we were clearly told no, not possible. The staff literally don't have any courtsey, no ability to handle crowd or arrange any function or event for in house guests. This is not how a chain or a branded hotel is run . Maybe for few years yes but not down the line because this industry works on customer experience and word of mouth and trust me this was the worst deal and mistake I ever did in Goa by booking Lotus Sutra.

In an area dotted with hotels and lodges, the first thing that attracts your attention to Sairaj Beach Resort is its bright yellow colour. Less than a year old (it opened in 2020), it has all the facilities of costly five stars, but is much more pocket friendly! Rooms are spacious, though not huge, and the food spread is tasty and adequate, though not lavish. The staff are friendly and try to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Calagunte beach and other attractions like Baga beach and Fort Aguada are within 15-20 minutes drive (***y options to hire bikes or cars nearby). Overall, a very good hotel for a Goan holiday!

Just wanted to share my feedback with regarding my stat at Sukh***tra in Oct month Services: Staff is really nice and polite including front desk, housekeeping and concierge services. Food: Quality of the food is awesome specially I wanted to highlight name of your great chief Mahindra, he is too good chief and behavior of this also really nice. Overall Experience: I would like to recommend this hotel in all my family and friends also I would like to highlight name of staff as they are very helpful and good at their job. I do not recommend wave calangute to anyone. On arrival at 9 am, we waited for an hour on the reception. noone was there to attend us. We requested for one wash room to freshen up, but no one helped us. on check in time, we received our luggage after 40 mins in our room. Rooms are excellent, but there is no service for cleanliness. The kitchen dustbin was full with previous guests' wastes but no one came to clean for 3 days. used plates were outside our room for 2 days. No cleaning staff were sent. When we call on the reception, 95% of time no one receives ur calls. and after 5:30 pm daily, no service is provided. They even dont provide fresh towels daily.. u need to wait till 11 am to get towels which is not possible. for breakfast also u need to call only thru whtsapp. Though the breakfast was good daily. One night, some people knocked the doorbell at mid night 12:30 am twice. we were 4 girls but no one from hotel pick up our 10-15 calls and help u. apart from good rooms interior and breakfast, nothing was good. they do not write online that they provide service only from 9am to 5:30 pm and after that no service is available. You come to know only after checking in. worst experience we had. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
