Even though the reservation was successful, I was told that the room was full. The front desk on duty did not apologize at all. I wasted an hour arguing with them, and then I was assigned to the reserved room type. They were scornful and scornful the whole time. The wardrobe was in the bathroom, which made the clothes damp.
