Hotel lovely and clean. Bed comfy. Bathroom fully stocked and clean. Sophie was amazingly helpful and made me feel so welcome. She attended to all my foody needs and went out of her way to put strictly on for me when i was the only one eating in the restaurant.

Fantastic service from Sophie, Sam and Nikki, clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast service. The hotel is nicely tucked away and bar and restaurant is a seperate building with a nice vibe. Reception staff are very helpful with replacement towels and toiletries. Restaurant could do with a bit more variety on the menu but the fish and chips was very good. Will return

Stayed here a few times when visiting the NEC. Always clean,comfortable and well mannered staff. On our most recent visit, we went into the attached pub to eat and a few drinks. Sophie who served us was an absolute star, friendly, happy to assist and a please to meet and deal with. Thank you Sophie you are a credit to the company.

Had a nice evening at premier Inn South I have been here before when it was table table for a family meeting (Mother’s Day) a lot has changed since then the menu is a lot smaller but the service still doesn’t disappoint. Sophie is so helpful and really made my evening special as she seems interested in what I have to say! ( I am very boring ) will be back for business! Thanks again team!

Hotel is what you expect from a Premier Inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant/Bar had a limited menu but Sophie who was working the bar and table service worked really hard to keep everyone happy whilst juggling both bar and restaurant.

Had a lovely stay for the weekend whilst attending the classic car show at the NEC. Ideal location for NEC and great value. Of particular worthy mention is Sam who went beyond the call of duty to make our stay a good one. Attention to detail, polite and nothing too much trouble. All the staff are worthy of a mention and the food was great! Well done to you all. Thank you!

Really good stay, warm welcome from Nicki, very helpful. Limited restaurant menu but good service. Rooms were clean, needed extra towels, the tall housekeeper with glasses (didn’t catch her name) was quick to assist, and was very polite. Even offered to help me with luggage.
