I recently booked this hotel to send my children to Smith College for summer school. I didn't expect that the room was extremely small, and the second floor can only be reached by stairs. There is no elevator, so I had to carry such heavy luggage up the stairs. On the second day, no one cleaned up. When I told the front desk, he said that the cleaning person had left. I asked to at least change the towels. This request was still met. It turns out that the cleaning person is not exclusive to the hotel. . There is also very little variety in breakfast. Room wasn't that well equipped for the money--no comfortable chairs, not much place to put luggage, and the premium channels on the TV were out of order. But the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was good.
