They had not my reservation. They want to charge me a double price that I already paid to you. So it will cost me triple. And all without an bills, neather from you or the hotel. At the reception they never heard about your app and they said it is a fraud.
I think you make a fraudulent payment to me, so I will advice my bank, first thing in the morning.

The welcome is very cheerful, friendly and caring. We also appreciated the restaurant with tasty and perfectly cooked ingredients. Same for the service, very professional (description and translation for the composition of the dishes). The hotel site is perfectly clean, the swimming pool and spa are very pleasant. It's just a shame that the path to the sea is poorly signposted and the view overlooking wasteland, but the hotel can't do anything about it!

Stayed her on our first trip to Europe. Very comfortable hotel. Pools are amazing with great views. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This was a very comfortable hotel with a nice bed, good A/C, nice balcony, and working wifi. The bathroom was spacious and had good water running. The location is quite convenient in Novalja as well, as it's an easy 15 minute walk to center of downtown.

Permanenza estiva di 4 notti in coppia. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata. Pulizia eccellente, un tocco in più specialmente in questo periodo pandemico. Kit di cortesia per ospiti ben fornito e completo. Letto comodissimo con materasso ben alto. La nostra camera aveva un bel terrazzino che si affacciava sulla piscina esterna e si vedeva a distanza il mare. Piscina interna ed esterna pulite con sdraio e lettini bellissimi. L’hotel ha una piccola strada sterrata che collega il centro a due passi. Nel complesso bellissima permanenza.
