There are not a lot of options in Novi Pazar, but this is a good one. Located in the pedestrian center of town around all of the dining options, it nevertheless has parking right in the back. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern, though some things could use a retouch and some of the fixtures needed repairing. Staff was friendly.

Very friendly staff ! New hotel in a pedestrian street with bar and restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern, some parts are still unfinished, but the staff will accommodate all needs. We felt safe and welcome, which was what we wanted. Good beds, modern clean bathroom, probably above local standards of other hotels. Private parking which we felt was essential.

Excellent location, viewing the street. Right in the middle of the town. Wifi could be a bit better, kept on disconnecting, not sure whether it’s only for iPhones Lucky to be there during snowfall, which made the street all the more scenic from the balcony. Has a dedicated parking at the back of the hotel which is great.
