Lo bueno: El entorno es hermoso, con mucho verde y actividades para los niños. Tiene puesto de carga para autos eléctricos. Las piscinas gigantes. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. El personal es muy atento. Lo que no me gustó: Las habitaciones no tienen TV. En las habitaciones que dan hacia la entrada entra mucho ruido de las calderas y/o equipos de climatización. El restaurante me pareció caro y la calidad de la comida no me pareció buena. No condice la calidad con el precio que te cobran. Yo pedí comida a la carta pero el buffet no era de la mejor calidad. Los vinos carísimos y las mozas distraídas. Al desayuno le falta variedad en comidas con proteínas. Solo había jamón y huevos revueltos y los huevos revueltos parecía una sopa.

Hermoso hotel en nueva Helvecia Colonia suiza, se respira tranquilidad, bellos jardines con árboles y flores que adornan los jardines, una terraza en la que te puedes calentar con el sol y tomar un rico chocolate caliente. Cuenta con spa, buena atención.

The weekend sun helped a lot to do outdoor activities: hiking, farm, golf, horseback riding, the most daring swimming. The indoor pool is also very good. We loved this place.... Quiet (because we usually choose dates outside the summer season or holidays with the family). Good services and prices. The only thing was the mattress on our double bed, the truth is we expected something better.
